This place is a technology park on the outer portion of Trivandrum. It is regarded as the largest Information Technology park in Asia in terms of built up area. Launched in 1990, the park is dedicated to IT ventures where around 350 companies employ nearly 60,000 professionals. Earlier it consisted of 9.33 million square feet of built up area, now on an expansion mode by adding another 37 hectares as part of Phase III expansion. The units in technopark include domestic firms, joint ventures and subsidiaries of foreign companies.

Nice place to work.. Great ambience with green atmosphere

This is the first big techpark in India if I am not wrong.
Here some big companies also there.kazhakuttom developed because of this techpark.Here some blocks are there named like Leela,bhavani,thejaswini.
Food court is best in thejaswini.

The biggest and the oldest tech park in kerala, its den for 100s of startups and MNCs. The ambience of this park is wonderful such that you will feel like in a hill station.

It's one of the Indias largest green tech park with greenery all around and a great sea facing buildings add a charm!!

Good faculty, spacious infrastructure. But needs improvement compared to other IT parks.

Preferably many companies are inside it ,good space to work in and friendly too but as any workspaces there might be some problems for newbies .a thought to be mentioned too -(the closer you look at the more you could be fooled (from now you see me ) might be applicable

Been there in the entrance for some work at ICICI Bank. The security guards were really helpful. Infact entire nation should learn from them. I salute their dedication and attitude. Good job guys.

Best place for a techie... And also for some hotel guys

Nice place to work. I have worked there for 3 years. Office rents are not that affordable. Living cost is also little high.

One of the famous IT parks in Kerala having more than 250+ IT companies where around 80,000+ employees working directly and indirectly. Technopark spread over 3 different campus (phase 1, 2 and 3). Phase 3 of Technopark is SEZ campus. Technopark is managed by an autonomous body controlled by state government.
