One of the biggest it parks in asia with good built up space.. well connected to road and rail.. lack of metro connectivity and urban facilities is an issue

I went there for attending a talk Organised by Singularity University in Collaboration with Kerala Startup Mission at Thejaswani Building , Technopark.

This is where I work. Thus can be said the most green tech campus in India (literally). I love the atmosphere here., but the surroundings are rapidly urbanizing.

What I dont like about the campus is the connectivity, with in the campus..and to the city. Yeah there are buses to the city, but the schedules are ever changing. And since it s a large campus and there are companies which have offices in different locations. There's lack of proper footpaths , and there are issues of limited parking space.

This place drives the economy of Kazhakootam and surroundings

This is the first tech park in india.though it's not developed as much as others.

nice place to see.. higher auto charges but if you are three members it could be helpful.. ola services are not very much good.. low traffic rate.. Rs 18/- charge from bus stand to here... kazaguttom is very near from here
