Good place for corporate outstays. Service is good but the food is best. Accessible by all travel options in the city, like Ola, Auto ,six seaters.
On the Agra highway, it's location makes it one of my favourite choice, food is the other.
This hotel was Lily Sarovar and now the owner has changed to Ren Hotels. It was a good place to stay as well as eat when it was lily Sarovar but because the management has changed the food quality has degraded. And the stay here was decent

Safe during Corona Period.
Little can be expected, if you wish to spend a night or two during Nashik midc visit, or you are just passerby of highway. But this hotel manages to take away those comfort expectations. First of all, the staff is really annoying and I wonder if understands any language, let there be Marathi or even English. Food is horrible and overpriced. Waiters simply stare at you for any food option asked. Little or no sense of hygiene. It is better than lodge to stay but no food pl.

Disappointed to See Lily Sarovar as The Ren Hotel. The property is still the same. But the charm and beauty of the property doesn't seem the same anymore. The greeting and welcome too were not as warm as before.
The food is nice. Rooms are very small, no tea kit, no toiletries in the room. They did not even provide sauses with chinese food!! 2 stars only because I liked the food.

I have been staying regularly at Lily Sarovar Portico when ever I go to Nashik on business tour. Never ever I have regretted my stay here. Ambience is good. The quality of food is amazing. Spread of breakfast is good. Options on liquor is also amazing.
Staff is friendly and approachable. All in all an amazing experience.
I checked in on 12th evening. I have noticed that there is a change in management of the hotel. Service level have gone down. Even the quality of room service is not upto the mark

Previously there is a restaurant mane with lily sarovar . Now ren hotel take over it. We Went to this placen first time. That time their is food festival was going on name with Ren Food festival 1.0 . Food was okay, not spicy but tasty also . Ambiance, staff and service is good . Overall place is okay.

Decent and clean rooms. Staff hospitality is good. We were three adults and accomodating the third bed was a task though. This was an executive room and I am assuming there are bigger rooms where 3 can be accommodated easily.
Food is either a hit or a miss. Breakfast options can certainly be more. Price of the rooms and food is on the higher side. Keep realistic expectations and you won't be dissappointed :-)
Basic facility for 3 star hotel are provided if you ask for that. Valet parking and parking space not available. Food is average.

A budget hotel doing what it's supposed to do best: good customer experience with lowest pressure on the wallet. Rooms are comfortable with all amenities one can ask for. The restaurant dishes out good fare enough to tickle your taste buds. Elevator service is prompt. Reception staff are courteous & have a problem solving attitude. Long live ITC.

Situated off the main highway, travelling in and out of the city is easy.
Recommended especially for business travellers or executives who intend to spend the day outside.
Reception / Front desk : Excellent. Prompt check in, even when we hadn't booked in advance.
Restaurant : 1 main restaurant which doubles as a cafe. We had lunch once, service again was excellent; from the taste to service full marks.
Complimentary buffet breakfast spread was very hearty n tasty.
Two major areas which were a let down were room service and house keeping, major improvements needed.
Rooms are clean, but that's about it. Complimentary tea lay did not have milk sachets.No hand towel provided,we had to ask for it. Also there was only one remote for the two TV and one remote for the two AC in the Suite room which we stayed in, which I found funny and we weren't provided another set in spite asking for one.
I visited this place for the interview..the place and outside area is nice and good...but the staff are very rude...
Only the food is excellent. The housekeeping and maintenance staff both are very very slow. We had a very bad experience with them.

Food was not good. One can easily make out that left over of morning breakfast is converted in to dinner ( steam idly of breakfast will become idly chat in dinner, aloo of aloo Puri will become aloo sabzi in dinner etc).
