Lovely location, great staff,great services and amazing food.

Hotel in the center of Nairobi on a small hill surrounded by greenery. Comfortable, spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms. Restaurant with outdoor tables where you can taste the local cuisine. Large breakfast room with tables set for every taste.

Serene have delicious ginger cake ,its basically their signature

Always a good time here, great location, lovely hotel.

By the roadside to the city centre, its noisy especially in the mornings, also the last time i was there, there were renovations so noise and fresh paint were a constant irritation, otherwise its a place i like to stay. Its a bit off from the city so on case you need to look for food or entertainment you need to hire a cab. Last time i was there, they had evening entertainment on certain days, a local band singing all the songs you know, was much fun, they even invite guests to sing along should they want to

It's a hotel located 5 minutes from Nairobi central bussiness district,it's in upperhil part of Nairobi next to NSSF building.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, food is also excellent. Its let down by the poor glazing allowing the entire cities noise to filter in. Expect the beds also to be rock hard.

The warm reception is unparalleled. Try their pudding with custard every time you visit. It will blow your senses. #passion for food

A great place for conference and seminar, offer quality services

It is a fancy hotel. It has that seventies theme with the burgundy themed colours. More to it is that, the staff are eager to attend to you and positive to that effect hence will put a smile on your face.
Located at the outskirts of the cbd, it is a perfect place to relax and get away from it all. With an ample parking, a swimming pool and an all you can get bar. It is top notch.
On the downside, I just feel like they could make it more modern on some parts but maintain the seventies burgundy.

It is wonderful hotel with enough parking and wonderful staff. We went for a wedding photoshoot and there were very many areas with wonderful background for photos and we loved it.
