My birthday was awesome at this place. The food is good. I enjoyed everything.

I love the ambience. The staff are amazing .Located near the Nairobi CBD it's quite convenient for meetings as well as for accommodation.

Good location allowing easy access to the city centre, Hurlingham, Community area and upperhill. Rooms are spacious, sparkling clean and very cosy. Good variety of TV channels.Very friendly and courteous staff.

Stayed for a couple days very outdated, poor managemet beds only had one sheet(matteress cover only and housekeeping was already up as early as 9am....for the amount you paying here it doesnt much the services you would pay the dame price in nairobi and get overboarr services

Good conference rooms, not sure about the rates. The mixed tea is awesome as is the food. Great for dining especially due to the dimmed lights. Service is great. You will pay for it thoug but not by much. On average a meal should not sent your pocket too much. Parking can sometimes be a nightmare though they have valet services.

Excellent hotel in heart of Nairobi. Well maintained rooms. Clean towels and toilets. Smiling, helpful staff. Delicious and sumptuous breakfast. Strongly recommended

The reception was not quick and visitors waited a while to be served. The gate stuff was welcoming.

5 Star hotel located at the end of Kenyatta Avenue, opposite the Integrity Center. Ample parking available and disabled access present. Enjoy a variety of cuisines as expected with 5-star establishments. Prices are not cheap though so exercise caution when ordering or reserving accommodation.

Customer service delivery is perfect, security is on another level, I love the mixed tea ,,,there is well coordination of sustainability in terms of businesses, social and environment.
The hotel can hold all types of conferences and am glad that they really respect human rights.
In other words am really happy.
