Quiet, classy, very elegant. Waiters are very helpful. Make you feel comfortable. Lovely gas fires at the Flame Tree Restaurant. Ward off the very cold July weather. Excellent food too. Well served, clean, attractive and very appetizing.

A great place for business meetings/conferences. The facilities are great. The buffet has a variety of options. Would definitely recommend it.

Yesterday I did visit sarova panafric flame tree restaurant with a friend ,we sat there for almost 20mins no waiter wanted to serve us one literally ignored us ,we eventually left for another hotel but panafric is a never for me , horrible waiters .

A truly wonderful place to be. Excellent food and much courtesy in service.

Nice place, very welcoming staff, great food, cosy atmosphere. But expect some noise coming from the nearby road traffic, which could generate some discomfort.
