Great set up of dishes. Great food except fish, which is horrible

We visited Sarova Central bookings and the staff were very professional and knew how to move forward with my plans. Sarova should be proud of them. Then we took lunch in the restaurant, I had the sirloin steak, it was excellent, properly prepared. The staff once again was polite and professional and knew how to treat the guests.

We were a party of eleven people who stayed here for two nights. We had a very nice stay and really enjoyed it. The rooms were fine and the staff were wonderfully friendly and service oriented. Some of us lived in Kenya in the mid-1980s and then stayed at this hotel before moving to the house we later lived in. We told the staff that we therefore chose this hotel because it was fun to revisit it again. One of the days when we came back to the hotel after an excursion they wanted us to stay in the lobby and then the manager and more staff came and handed us each a gift (a really nice massage "blanket") because they thought it was was so much fun that we returned. World-class !!! Thanks for the gift and a great stay!

Horrible, staff very unfriendly. I checked out after a few hours and found a much better hotel. It's under renovation at the moment and it does not say that on the internet when searched.
I will never recommend this hotel or ever go back there. So take care as there are many other better hotels in Nairobi.

The vallet was very polite. The hotel was clean and everyone was nice. However I wish the WiFi was free lol

Incredible hotel, just like all the Sarovas. Everything is perfect, from the food to the staff to the decor.

Ideal for conferencing and dining. Rooms have passed muster. Slightly out of the CBD which is a walking distance. Plenty of potential for an old hotel as renovations have been going on over the years. First the conference rooms, then the rooms and now the swimming pool. Well done!

Situated in the heart of Kenya's capital Naitobi,this is one of the best hotels to visit.It has the best facilitis for a five-star hotel.

Food is of a high standard . Given the heavy traffic, makes it a feat to get to Panafric.

Room was kept clean and neat, buffet was mouth watering and breakfast - you get overwhelmed in a choice for what you want on your plate, cup or glass

I attended several Jazz concerts by a band composed of good friends of mine. This hotel has very delicious food and nights are just lovely.
