The training there was great. I liked everything. Kudos Team....
An excellent place with a staff that understands complete customer satisfaction.
Although I wasn't a guest there, but dropping of someone, the reception rating overall was fair. The missing star will be considered when I'm an actual guest.
The turn in from Valley Road heading towards town got me worried before I arrived as the road is a really busy one. Kudos to Shell and Panafric for working together on getting the turn right. Now to get the traffic lights working just well and it's sorted out.
The lobby doesn't give a Western hotel feeling and crosses in just right between a traditional and upper class Kenyan vibe. Size-wise it felt quite small especially when a group of about 10+just teens came in. Had to shuffle and excuse myself while getting from one corner to another. The team had a couple of issues with their hard drive and the lady at the shop was kind enough to assist them, which is a +1 on their customer service.
Great hotel. They're currently doing some renovations in one wing. The costs are very friendly, the customer service is impeccable and the food is really good as well.
Very elegant ,their cocktails are really good that one is never enough ,and i love their professionalism
I love this place not just only because of it's services, but also because of the special crew. You know, you feel like your just at home. I recommend ALL the SAROVA branches.
A historic Kenyan hotel! Easy access and comfortable. Evening a'la carte menu surprisingly not inspiring
this place is historic , i started-my career as a professional singer here , i had my first big break, the food is top class staff is extra polite and hospitable rooms and toilets are sparkling clean with attendants at standby, great for meetings and conferences
Sarova Panafric Hotel - Unfussy rooms feature Wi-Fi access, satellite TV, minibars, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Some add balconies. Themed suites with decor inspired by different African regions offer living rooms and dining areas. Room service is available 24 hours. There are also 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with kitchens (minimum-stay rules apply).
The place is serine for a town-based hotel. It's service is top notch, a favourable place for an evening out or a cooperate event.
Great staff, so friendly. Rooms are clean and very will appointed
Great Hotel. Good food. Some improvements on going at the swimming pool area though
Did not stay but did visit on more than o e occasion for a meal. Very good food quality, a good range of options and good service.

The customer care is one of best I have ever come across
It's a good conference place, in a cool environment
Awesome people very helpful especially at Adia shop and the gentleman at the reception/concierge.
The food is very well done. The place is clean and the service was good. We were shown the rooms and they are affordable given the location
The location is just where you would wish to have for your dining experience.
A good setting for a stay in Nairobi. On Kenyatta Avenue, not far from cool places to see
