I came by with an oil leak on my BMW but didn't have time to fix it. Later when my wife brought the car in, they sold her on an extensive $1500 oil pan gasket change (among other things). A few weeks later it was still leaking. After changing another gasket (a small inexpensive one) it was fixed. Their overall attitude was to "sell" me on all kinds of things I didn't need, like a radiator flush and offered to sell me a tire because "my wear bars were showing" - in actuality the wear bars had not dropped to the level of the tread, almost but not quite, and they had the temerity to say that by law they would have to change that tire if they took the car in (sheesh). Later, on my son's Toyota Tacoma, I took it in for a new gear shifter. When they found out that it was just a broken weld they did nothing to offer to return the (expensive) part. They just cut and welded the new part when the old one would have done fine. I will never return there.
