Stay away. Unprofessional and shady! See you in court!

Peter Chang managed the marketing and sale of my home. He is a consummate professional. He communicated clearly with me through every step of the sale process. Peter responded in a very timely fashion to my phone calls, emails, and text messages. This was only the second time I have sold a home - the first was 25 years in a different state, so I was not familiar with the responsibilities of a seller. Peter clearly outlined all the tasks that required my attention and he always kept me up-to-date during the escrow process.
When Peter drafted the property description for the listing, I could see that he had taken my input and preferences into account. It was a pleasure working with Peter Chang and I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone selling or purchasing a home.
