Absolutely disappointed in the level of incompetenve. I mean where is the customer service putting people on hold without even saying a word and with no intent to actually help and they actually are getting paid for this smh. God forbid the tables turn.

Filed online and constantly calls and talks to representatives. Seems like everyone says different things and can't actually help with the process. Either transfers the call to someone else who also isn't able to help or notifies the Supervisor of the situation in which the Supervisor doesn't do anything. Horrible communication with the case worker involved AND the Supervisor. I don't know if it's because the case worker works from home or what but it also seems like she has an attitude at times instead of helping us with the process (this is after I already turned in documents for verification). This office maximizes the expected process time (30-45 days) just to deny you saying they need more info. I don't understand why I am calling everyday and can't get a response from the workers in charge of my case.

The customer service lacks the English language. I was given misinformed info due to this barrier. They talk over you. Listening skills? None...Been outside for 2 hours now. I actually said aloud if someone would please help me. Guess what? I'm still sitting here. Wow,! It's hard for me as an American to get a job yet they get paid more for speaking two languages when they really speak ONE! Smh... Our tax dollars waisted...

I have never had,a,problem, with any worker, everyone I have delt with were patient, respectful,and, very very helpful, I am very grateful for all the help I have received from them and wish each and everyone of them my sincerest thanks, and wish them nothing but good blessings, considering how many peopke,they help daily, Thank you all

Denisse Amates is the type of employee we need at HCD. I have been trying to get a hold of 2 case workers for close to 2 weeks now with no response after multiple emails, I got frustrated, I have a job to do so I reached out to Denisse who was not in any way affiliated with these 2 files and she was able to get me all of the information I needed after weeks of trying. Thank goodness for employees like Denisse if I were a bigger firm best believe she would be receiving a job offer from us. Thank you Denisse and all you do for our community!

I received a letter saying calf fresh application was denied on the next page it said I was approved when I called to check my card balance is said my card was cancelled the day I was approved thru told me someone cancelled it, my case working always calls me with a attitude like I did something to her
