Great company to rent from in the sense that they upkeep their properties really well.

Extremely clean and modern interior. I absolutely coming here for parties or visits. My favorite is the starbucks machines right off the party room and spacious bathrooms.

Great company with a lot of involvement in the Greater Des Moines community. Alec Wilcox is awesome at helping you find a space, and was even willing to help us with a lease re-negotiation. They'll be honest with you and treat you like a person, not just another number.
