Was just picking up friend there. Parking seems to be a hassle.

Very clean getup. Restaurant was nice and sleep was quiet.

Though the hotel is very large, I noticed the elevators were swift (that is always a plus). Also, every employee I reported to, they were all friendly and helpful. #EnjoyedMyStay

July 2018. Lots of construction going on. Check in took much longer than normal. I'll be interested to see how it looks after the remodel, it could use a little freshening up. The staff here has always been excellent.

The fitness center could have more weight machines. Water (bottled) was free. Nice stay overall

Right next to Levi's stadium and great America. The sports bar has alot of TV's And nice decor. Event space was great for the breast cancer awareness event

Rooms are falling apart and a very busy hotel. Very hard to get into the renovated rooms.

Always a wonderful and restful stay. The property is near Great America and Levi Stadium. Rooms are quiet and well maintained. The front desk personnel are friendly and welcoming. The beds are the Marriott foam beds and that is the best thing ever! The hotel is undergoing a full renovation of the rooms and I'm sure it will be spectacular when it's complete. I look forward to returning.

Very nice hotel with very nice rooms and a good view. The city is not very walkable and there are few places close by to go to

The room is like any other room for a Marriott - comfortable. Location, great. What has set this hotel apart from others was the customer service. I left items in my room - had a very early flight. I didn't figure it out until two weeks later, though. I called and found out that the items were in lost and found. They were promptly Fedex'd to me with no additional cost. Great follow up and great experience end to end. Thank you, Marriott Santa Clara!

The overall appearance and service in the common areas ID nice, but the rooms and hallways feel dated.

Everything you would expect from the Marriott and more. completely redesigned lobby and bar. Conveniently located next to six flags and the stadium.

Great place for the 49ers game! Part of the tradition for me and the old man. We travel Marriott everywhere to spend the points for 49ers games.

Situated in a good place and facilities are up to the mark. In house Starbucks adding value to its customers.

Beautiful room. The grounds were nice - I spent lots of time in the hot tub and the gym. Walking anywhere is a little hike (about a mile) but Great America is across the street.

Came by Parcel 104 located inside the Santa Clara Marriott for lunch with the company. Great food, decor, and service. :)

I enjoyed my stay at the Santa Clara Marriott, the event facilities we're well appointed and set up. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel during the conference as well. While there was extensive remodeling in progress, it didn't dimish the experience. The staff at the hotel and conference center were friendly, professional, and made for an even better stay!

Been a few times for business. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is comfortable and a nice venue for our events.

I cannot sleep with out some white noise or a fan running. I called the front desk for a fan and they had it at my room in Lee's than 10 minutes. They do seem to take care of me.

The sports bar in the lobby is fairly well priced and the food was quite good.

Beds were not super comfortable and the air conditioning was loud. But the biggest issue is the water pressure in the shower was super weak making it take twice as long to shower.

A great hotel that houses two gaming conventions that I attend. The staff is friendly and its a nice place to stay. They have a large pool with a large part that is super kid friendly as it is only 3 1/2 feet for half of the pool. This was really neat when my son was very young and learning to swim.
They recently remodeled the hotel and it looks very modern.
A real plus is that it is very close to San Jose Airport and if you have family or friends flying in the hotel is less than 10 minutes away.

Rooms were decent. Parking and wifi we're unfortunately not free. The bathrooms could be a little bigger as well.

The California ballroom was spacious, the food and music was great, but a few stalls in the women's restroom were unclean

The overall experience was very good. The staff were were really helpful and the location was beautiful.

This place has seen better days. The plush interior seems strangely antiquated and will somehow not resonate with the hip and fresh style of the valley. Long and maze like hallways will make you want to spread bread crumbs to help you find your way back to the lobby. However, the bar will not disappoint you. Food and drinks are of the quality you would expect in a Marriott hotel. All in all it was an ok stay, far from being remarkable but just as far from being really disappointing.

Was a nice stay. Room was on the first floor which was nice and accessible. Was there for a week and had no problems other than a broken ice machine on the first floor. My only complaint is that amenities were rather expensive. Even a bottled water at the vending machine cost $2.50. Obviously a hotel is going to have inflated prices for amenities but this was kind of ridiculous.

WiFi was really good, even the non-paid was fast enough for me to stream. The TV in the room was nice as it could play YouTube videos. Only complaint is that it didn't save sign ins between days like it said it would and that the smart TV internet sometimes seemed worse than the wifi.

The room has enough space to feel comfortable, it is spacious, neat and clean; Especially, it is silent and is equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning and a very good Wi-Fi signal. The bed, huge, and very comfortable.
The service is excellent and everything makes the stay at Marriot very pleasant. Highly recommended.

I loved everything about this establishment except the toilet. Could not get the toilet to flush. Had to call for maintenence 1 or more times a day to fix it.

Spacious conference rooms... But bad podium which made some noice when presenters step on it... AV quality is also good...

This Marriott is huge!!! That's a good thing and a bad thing. Right from checking to everything takes time. To add, the bar and restaurant attached to the hotel takes up parking spaces and adds to the waiting times. Otherwise, another Marriott property that is clean, rooms are clean and centrally located..

Hotel staff was very pleasant, and check in was quick. We had come earlier than anticipated and they were able to accommodate us. The ballroom were spacious and were nicely cooled. The layout of the rooms is a bit of a maze, with some winding corridors to travel.

Attended for a professional event. I'm vegan and so I bring my lunches everywhere, assuming I won't be accommodated. Staff took my lunch and placed it in the fridge to keep, then made a delicious vegan pasta and vegetable mix with a side of sorbet instead. A little mix up finding the fridge food afterwords because staff had shifted, but at some point I had 3 people on the case and they found it in time to make my trip home on time. Staff came and covered obscuring lights during the event and the event room was clean. Quite good.

Hard to say--most of the place is under active renovation.

The restaurant at this location is fantastic. The food was wonderful and staff was friendly. It is perhaps a little over priced for the portions or quality, but not dramatically so, and I would think for the convenience afforded by an in hotel restaurant it would be well worth it for many travelers.

Facilities are a little dated but service is ALWAYS great. Heated outdoor pool. Decent gym. Very good food in the restaurants. Terrific concierge lounge. VERY comfortable beds. Easy access to Great America.

Your standard Marriott. The dinner served to 160 guests was bland and the steak was tough. Also the amenities like the projectors were quite outdated. Large parking space is a plus.

Conveniently located near the SJC airport and major freeways, are the only things going for this Marriott. If you are looking to be in and out near the Sunnyvale area this would be it. Great venue for conferences and meetings. The hotel does not provide free wifi and would be the only down side to staying here. There aren't many restaurants walking distance from this hotel either.

I attended a hiring event held in one of the ballrooms. Tea sandwiches, hors d'oeuvres, coffee, and water were provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Parcel 104. Entree options were limited, but the food was good

Clean and very comfortable rooms, beautiful TV, a bit uncomfortable shower as it is not possible to regulate the flow. In general, the structure, outside the rooms, would perhaps need an "updating", often you have the feeling of being in a hotel a bit 'old ... Nice, but a little' outdated by now.

The beds are very comfortable, the staff are very nice and accommodating. The hotel itself isn't very visually striking but has an air of quality. I haven't gotten the chance to use the pool, jacuzzi, or gym, but they're there. My only real complaint is the layout of the first floor; I feel it's a little easy to get lost and also inconvenient to walk from the front desk to the opposite side even though there's the courtyard (with the pool) in the center. All in all, would stay here again.

Large hotel with nice large swimming pool and swimming pool activities ping pong pool toys Etc. Nice Jam. Amazing staff very nice and courteous. Great happy hour at the hotel bar and also plenty of restaurants to eat within walking distance.

This hotel is awesome. It is right across the street from great America. The staff is great. All of the comforts of home is in the hotel.

Expensive with not that much value. I get that it's in silicon valley, but no free WiFi, lackluster room quality and amenities, virtually empty gift shop and costly parking will cause us not to come back here to visit our daughter who will likely pick a college in the area.

Lots of construction going on. Will be nice once complete.
