When it came to time to sign the papers for the sale, the dealership had slipped an additional $999.00 into the bill of sale. When we asked what the charge was for, we were told that it was for tire and key fob warranty that they apply to all of their vehicles. This charge WAS NOT discussed with me. If my wife had not seen that charge I would have consented to pay for it through the financing. They did take the fee off and we purchased the vehicle and the salesman said his computer was down so he didn't set up the Onstar, Bluetooth, etc nor show us any features. One of the key fobs does not work, so I went back to the dealer, spent nearly 2 hours at the service dept and they could not fix the Fob. The service manager did show me how to use the key to get in the vehicle if the power was off. I give him a good rating for courtesty and willing to help

Sango Buick Natchez found the exact color/interior/options that we wanted. The sales force was professional and personable, and assisted in setting up our phones and navigation before we made our 4 hour trek home. The car was also spotlessly clean and the gas tank filled. Thank you service department (Marcus?) for going above and beyond getting us back on the road! We pulled in on Friday after lunch with a 3500 dually having emissions problems..... We are from Georgia and had a 9 hour drive home after the rodeo that night.... They did every thing they could to resolve the problem but it still wouldn't reset...... Thankfully it reset about 1.5 hours down the road..... And we were able to drive normal speed! It had limited us to 55. Thank you again!

Just not what the dealer say. He say o u going to b walking out of with that truck, the car that we didnt but will pay a note for 6mo. Three co-signer but didnt have the income. Ding i make 1500-2300 a week how much more do i need? The say how can i put down on the car we didnt want. My wife ask how do we need to put down. Dealer can u put 500 down? We say yes n then he ask how do u want ur payment to b. I told him around 400-500mo. Dealer say ill get u there. He come bck say my boss say i have to put down 1500 n 645mo. Hell no u say one thing n dont keep ur word. So we went somewhere else.

Sango Buick-GMC has always been great to me. Anytime I've had an issue with my car, they've been quick to diagnose and fix any problem. Great service and great people. They aren't like other places that are just out to get your money.
