We recently purchased a mini van from the used car lot and the customer service was excellent. Our sales person was Ovi Rodriguez and she took great care of us. The was ready for a test drive and the process to purchase was easy. The sales manager worked with us on some issues we wanted address with no hassle. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a vehicle.

I went in to check on my car feeling like I was touching the brakes when I wasn't and car acting odd. (on 7/5)They got me in pretty quickly and even the man I spoke with was very nice when I dropped the car off. They told me it would just take 1 day to check over it and would call me. Later that evening after not getting a call yet and needing to know if I need to plan someone to get me and my son or just take me back to Nissan I called him. No one answered so left a voicemail and even explained why i needed to know soon as possible and that I get off at 4:30. They called around 4:30-5pm telling me they want to keep it over night so it can be sitting all night and see if it still does that. They told me they did feel what i was talking about once but only at some speed. Got my car when got off next day and they was unsure and can't take the car to that high speeds. So i paid them and went on way and understood. But as I was driving home I started to hear a rattle noise coming from my dash area(i think that area) sound as if something was in that area rattling around but again I could be wrong on area. Called Nissan next morning to tell him this new issue that has never been a issue until now and even he said never got that sound in my car even on higher speeds and just starting the car at low. Which it does make the sound on lower speeds. He told me to bring the car back and they will look at it. (set me back up for 7/12) So once again I am without my car and depend on it a lot. I was just dealt with the flood and lost my car and everything and depended on people everyday and finally thought I was back to a new normal.So once again did not hear from anyone and had to leave voicemail and when he called me back he said the voicemail system isn't set up yet and didn't know I called. But once I did get the final call and went there I was told they are unsure what is making the sound but they do hear it also and would have to take my dash off to see and they do not have the time and would cost a lot to do so. Told him it never ever made this sound until they had it but we just went around and around. I have emailed and called few emails and numbers to try to get help with this but have got nothing at all back! Even filled out all the surveys to receive nothing back! I used to tell everyone how great a company Nissan is but after this I make sure to tell them how thanks to them my car makes a horrible noise and no reply back at all!!!!

I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I WAS AWARE OF MY TIRES BALLING AND MY BRAKES MAKING NOISE. I TOLD THE CLERK AND SHE HAD THE TECH LOOK AT IT. SURELY I NEEDED THOSE THINGS REPLACED. SO, I HAD THE WORK DONE AND ALL IS WELL! HALEY IS AWESOME! SHE EVEN RESET MY SETTINGS ON MY STEERING WHEEL.

Royal Nissan gets an A+ for there service department, the reason why I say that is because I went there for my brakes didn't know about my oil needed to be changed because my oil indicator light didn't come on to let me know about my oil change so by the service department only supposed to do my brakes they check my oil and thank God they did because I needed an on charge not knowing nothing about a car that you supposed to change your oil every 5000 miles and I was at 17000 miles so they save me my motor going out that's the reason why I give them an A+ Thanks service department.

Very bad experience. I just returned my lease after three years while still waiting to get some items that were promised by the salesman, Allen, to be on the car. He said: take the car and I will order the items and call you to come by and pick them up.
Whenever I called him the answer was: I have ordered the items and will call you when they arrive.
Three years later, I am returning the leased car while still waiting to receive the items.
Awesome experience!! I just left in my 2019 Nissan Rogue. I love it!! My experience was the best ever. My sales person Quentin Chapman and the finance manager Arthur Bush really helped me ease in to this decision. I am always nerves about buying cars but they made this the best experience possible. They showed me many options and even let me pick out the features I wanted in my car. Quentin was calm and showed me every feature on the car and how it worked. Arthur helped me finance the car and had all my figures laid out and my options so of course I couldn't say NO! In all I would rate both of these guys 5 stars. I will definitely recommend all my friends and family.
Gennie Graham was Service Advisor for my 2016 Nissan Altima visit into the service department. Overall, she did a particularly good job. She explained my car service work in detail. She told me and she did explain the additional service work needed to keep my car updated and running well. She also gave me a price on the additional work to be done. Of course, I did not want to hear that, nothing about NO additional work nor about spending additional money. But I did do some research according to my car s mileage performance and believe she may be correct. So, I will be getting this work done soon. I need to keep my car running well because I do not want any problems.
