Sands Ford of Red Hill is the best car dealership I have ever worked with, better then Lexus, Audi and BMW, they were a real pleasure throughout the car buying process. Their team was not only friendly and well informed, they went out of their way to make the purchase of my new Ford Explorer Limited very simple. They got me the car I was looking in a couple of days, gave me a great price so there was no need to haggle.

I have purchased quite a few cars over the years from a number of different car dealerships, Sands Ford of Red Hill is the best experience I have ever had, bar none!

Bought a new truck at Red Hill Ford. Everyone was great. I personally worked with Mike Renninger and he helped me get exactly what I wanted.

After months of internet research and visiting local dealerships for reliable and clean used vehicles, I decided to visit Sands Ford. It was my first visit to the dealership, which is regrettable because the customer service was outstanding. When I was looking around at the vehicles in the lot, Tom Burrell introduced himself and was exceedingly helpful. I told him exactly what I was looking for; he answered my questions with courtesy and knowledge and not with tactical shady salesmanship as so many other dealerships do.
After doing more research about the dealership and seeing other vehicles in their inventory, I leaned more towards a 2014 Focus. I returned later that afternoon to the dealership, and was assisted by Ian for a few moments while Tom was briefly out of the office. Ian gave me a test drive of the 2014 Ford Focus, and further assisted until Tom returned. Both of these guys were exceedingly courteous and knowledgeable, and at this point decided on the Focus.
I already had financing and insurance worked out with my own bank, which took the stress out of the numbers aspect of the deal. Tom still wanted to see if they could get me a better deal than what I had worked out with my own bank (as I have USAA, they came close but it's very hard to beat USAA's financing and coverage plans).
All in all, this was my fourth Ford vehicle purchase and sixth vehicle purchase. I can say that this was, by far, the least stressful and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever experienced.

Wouldn't come back if you paid me Ian was no help at all, told me he was negotiable on a vehicle and would not come down one dollar on price.

Had my car inspected and asked for it to be ready by end of the day. They had it ready first thing in the morning!!! Great service and no constantly trying to upsell.

Somehow my review got hijacked so I have to re-write it. I don't own a Ford, but I do have my Toyota serviced at this dealership and the service department has always been great to work with. They're up front and honest and don't try to rip me off.

I recently purchased a Ford Thunderbird from Sands Ford. This car was owned by the Sands group since original delivery.
As a purchaser of many cars through the years, this was my best experience. The staff at Sands are great. Tom, the sales agent who worked with me, is fantastic. No nonsense, no pressure, no hassle, no rush. Adam, in finance, was able to provide me with a bumper to bumper warranty, which gives me peace of mind.
I had been searching for one of these cars for no small amount of time. However, I wasn't particularly happy with my experiences with the other dealers.
The Sands group delivered the car at no charge (>50miles one way), got it to me on New Years eve, gave me full tank of gas and oil change (unusual for a used car), made me an extra set of keys at no charge, and the car was impeccably detailed.
I highly recommend Sands Ford. I only wish I lived nearby, so that I could use them for service appointments.
