I've had the pleasure of providing pool services to the Sandcastle team for many years. I really enjoy working with everyone at Sandcastle. Their work order system is great and makes it easy to handle requests effectively. I've had interactions with Joel Messinger for 13 years and he is always following up with me making sure Sandcastle continues to be communicative.
We really enjoyed our experience with Sandcastle. They were all very attentive and professional all a crossed the board. The young lady by the name of Sarah Remus was amazing to us and Sandcastle Community Management should be VERY proud to have Sarah as an asset to their company. Would highly recommend!!!
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer Vogler at Vanderbilt Landings and it was so refreshing to have someone as pleasant and with such customer focus as Jennifer. I was told to call her about replacing some condo keys I could not locate and was surprised at how quickly she returned my voicemail and arranged to meet me and provide new keys. When we met at the Management Office, she was so helpful in making herself accessible while she was there to help me with any other issues I might have. When we finished and she saw me having a problem at the gate due to my misunderstanding, she immediately crossed the property to help me. I ve stayed at many different vacation condos and have never had someone so personable and genuine in wanting to provide excellent customer service. She is a real asset to Sandcastle Management and I wish all property managers would echo her performance.
I appreciate receiving the monthly financial statements and related schedules 10 days after month end. Only a couple of minor edits required. Jean is very knowledgeable and capable in her role as Senior Financial Accountant and I appreciate her expertise and ability to turn information requests around in a very timely manner. I am a new board member at my association, the management of which, has just been taken over by Sandcastle Community management. Joel messenger has been extremely helpful in helping me acclimate as a new board member. He has provided useful information on various Florida statutes which are pertinent to issues we faced. His guidance proved to be very helpful and effective.
