The Bekins team was professional, efficient and friendly. Everything arrived in good order, was unloaded and set up. A third of our furniture was then taken to Bekins storage, unloaded and stored. All was very reasonably priced.
Erik, Emilio and Jason worked their tails off moving my moms household to a new building. She has a bunch of specialty furniture we were worried about breaking during the move, and they got everything over great. It took exactly the amount of time expected, and they got everything over safely. They re already booked to come move my things in May!
If you are in the military & they give you Bekins, say no or pack your stuff yourself. I am beyond levid at how my things were not packed! Just to name a few: my mattresses are all dirty now because they did not wrap it up in plastic true story! Broken office desk, broken priceless picture frames, missing TV parts, missing bottles of wine and liquor (Some from Italy/Chile & magically missing), bathroom items, makeup set etc). I will file a claim with the military but that s not the point! This folks have no regards for my stuff and that s why I will never ever recommend them!!! Ever!!!!!
The packers and unpackers were a total ripoff and did a HORRIBLE job. We found bags of bathroom trash were packed in the boxes (including one with dirty q-tips that had spilled out), fragile items packed carelessly, and the magnets and cards from our refrigerator had been thrown into our brand new cookware which was scratched up! As for the unpacking... they basically just dumped stuff onto the floor in the new home. There was a misunderstanding that we thought they would help us put stuff away. They won't do that. However, even still, it is NOT OK TO DUMP STUFF IN HUGE PILES ON THE FLOOR! It took DAYS to clean that mess up. Not happy and do not recommend them!
However, the actual movers who did the heavy lifting were great. Other than that this is a major disappointment.
Francisco, Eric, and Emilio were great to work with. They were a pleasure to be around and did a great job. I definitely recommend there services. They were used for a military pack up and storage.
2nd day: Francisco, Eric, Emilio, Chris, Melissa, and Mrs. Barbara showed up and did a fantastic job of getting everything out and finishing my paperwork. I definitely recommend, great company and great people.
My wife and I didn't have a choice in moving companies. We've heard a ton of mishaps and issues. We were both happy Bekins was in charge of our packing. We did our part as far as bundling items together the best we could, cleaning our items and communicating with the team. Every person on the team Francisco, Eric, Emilio, Manuel, Melissa, Cardio, Charles and Ms. Barbara were courteous and professional. I felt like they understood the gravity of their jobs. As far as the transit and delivery goes (this will be handled by a separate company) i cannot speak. So long as they have ANY member that i worked with today i would recommend them to anyone.
Francisco, Eric, and Emilio were great to work with. They were very helpful and and worked very hard to get our family moved and comfortable in our new home. I would definitely use their service again!
Just had Emilio, Francisco, Eric, Chris, Melissa, Charles and Jason came to our house to pack and ship my house hold goods and I had the most professional packing and moving experience I have had since I have been in the military. They all took care of my items and did so in a fast and careful manner. The wrapped all of our furniture and boxes very tightly. They are all very respectful and genuine people. This is my first time moving with Bekins Moving Solutions and I will request this company to move in the future. They arrived to my house on time and were able to load all my items in just 3 hrs. The had all the materials they needed and they ensured that they picked up all the tape trash before they left. They are very kind and treated my wife and I with great respect. This is a highly professional company that I recommend anyone moving to use. They are a great team and I have nothing but good things to say about all the movers and the company. Keep up the good work and I hope for the best y'all.
So far great service. Francisco, Emilio, and Malissa arrived when I was told they would be there and were a pleasure to work with. The hole process took less than hour and half. They handled everything with care and we very professional. This was my first time putting things in storage and having them as my movers made the process simple and gave me peace of mind.
My son's household belongings were shipped back from HI and these guys were the final deliverers. Great guys, on-time, personable, and put everything exactly where it should be. Use them. They delivered all the way to Frederick from their location in Woodbridge!!! That's the Marines for you! :)
