This was my second time and it was honestly wonderful! I love my doctor she is very attentive and doesn t just rush you. The office is beautiful also very clean and nice

I was pleased by how clean and nice the office was and how easily they were to fit me in. However, I called for a specific doctor and was told she left the practice and would be seeing someone else. This doctor didn't take my issues seriously and it was a waste of money. I was there for two reasons and the first was completely blown off, no blood test and just a recommendation for something I can buy at the store. The second issue was swabbed but I did not receive any results and she prescribed a medication that I have been taking for years in which I specifically said it was not working. $155 later and I will be seeing yet another dermatologist.

I came back for a follow-up with Kristen S today. She's amazing what she does, very knowledgeable and kind. She made me feel so comfortable and most of all my concerns were addressed. The treatment she provided was very effective. I m very satisfied with the result. The office was clean, organized, punctual and the front desk staff are very friendly and professional. I m so grateful I found Ringpfeil Advanced Dermatology especially Kristen S. I highly recommend her!!!

I love this office. As an African American with dark skin, it has been a struggle to find a dermatologist that treats black skin. I originally came here to treat my cystic acne which I've been having issue with for over 15 years. They completely cured/healed my skin within 1 year with treatment options that were never available to me before. After that great experience, I started going for their cosmetic treatments like laser and hair removal, which i was told at other offices i did not qualify for because of how "deep" my skin was. The prices are great and the staff is friendly and professional.

I went for my annual skin check which I felt like they did a really great job, however; I was told that if I wanted to discuss anything else, skin issues, acne, etc. that there wouldn t be enough time and I would need to schedule another appt (aka extra copay and another trip into to center city) Not helpful and not convenient. My whole experience felt very stiff, impersonal, and unfriendly. Won t be going back here.
