THE STAFF WAS INCOMPETENT and RUDE and made the entire experience uncomfortable! I am completely astounded that this is the staff they hired to be customer facing here are some examples, the staff swore around the kids, we were told if we stay 1 minute over we will be charged for another hour and we used confetti and were told not to worry about cleaning it up and in the end they ended up keeping half our deposit over that! The studio itself is small, no waiting room or seating area. Altogether, a horrible experience and I would never recommend this to any friends or family.
Update due to owner response:
1. Completely understand based on the owner's reply where customer service foundations come from.
2. To clarify - there was 16 adults and 10 children. And not the exaggerated 40 people claimed below. Happy to post pictures if you doubt that. Perhaps that will help you define what your true maximum capacity is.
3. As parents we were trying to keep the kids off the wall and your staff was watching us the entire time and did not hesitate to point out when they thought there was an issue. And for you to claim we did not care, again speaks volumes to the type of environment both you and your staff created.
4. This still does not explain why you had to swear around young kids. My son told me that he heard the lady say 'We are never doing this s*** again' so then I believe it was you who was doing the swearing. On our side we were frustrated as well but I don't recall us having to swear.
5. If the wall was so severely damaged then why did you return half the deposit? We were told that half was kept due to your staff having to pick up confetti off the floor which we offered to do.
If you feel your response below justifies both your and your staff's behavior then as I mentioned if that is what people want to experience then feel free to book here. However, if you have kids or have more than 2-4 people then please do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.
