This experience was not what my family and I expected. The staff was very unprofessional and disrespectful, which made our group feel uneasy.

The owner was pacing in and out of the studio while we were taking photos, making comments about how they should not have let us book the space. While threatening to cancel our booking the owner made a scene, stating that we needed to pay for any damages if need be, to which we had repeatedly said we would.

Once the the shoot was done, the owner gave us back the deposit, and grabbed an extra 20$ from my sisters hand, insisting that it was for cleaning, even though the staff agreed to let us clean the space, as we brought our own broom and dustpan.

Overall, this was not what my family and I had planned for a Sunday afternoon together. We understand that the owner was worried about damages, but there are other ways to speak to your customers. Horrible customer service!!
