Oh Not only is this a fun place to to vacay but a wonderful place to work. Whether you want to relax or looking for adventure or exciting activity. Not sure on their ratings but I will certainly give this place and believe it deserves 5 stars.

This is honestly the place to be luxury! luxury! luxury!

Very disappointed with the quality of food and lack of available non-motorized sports. We wanted to snorkel in the swim area of the beach and we're told we had to schedule a time to go off sight. Only those persons paying for the butler service were given the "luxury" service. We waited for over 30 minutes any time we ordered a meal. The stocked refrigerator was juice, water, pop, 4 beers a bottle of red wine and one of white wine. We won't be going back.

Amazing food, people, great resort and the excersions were fun

Amazing holiday - this resort is very impressive, so many restaurants and all the staff are very attentive and polite. Food is great and even catered for Vegan.

Negatives (only small things really)



- Can be hard to get a sun-bed by the pool with a parasol - have to be up very early and reserve them which becomes a bit of a pain. Cabanas are very expensive
- Does get loud by the main pool (this is my opinion, some people like that of course). Some days was so loud there wasn t any peace by the quiet pool either.

Overall great holiday and would definitely do a Sandals holiday again.

Liked the beach, pool was crowded, bartenders were hilarious. Food was amazing. Water sports were plentiful.

Everything we could've imagined and more for our honeymoon! Incredibly hospitable and attentive, great food, fun things to do. Safety was always a priority. Loved every moment, and did not want to leave. Thank you Grande St.Lucian for a magical experience! Amos, Giselle, and Clynns were so kind and helpful. Krystal at the hibachi was also a wonderful waitress!

I gave the Sandals Grande a 5 Star rating because it was a beatiful resort, excellent food and the friendliest, happiest staff of any resort that we have stayed at. We had 2 disappointments. The first was the Club. It rarely had any type of snacks, and the drinks were not refrigerated We have been to other resorts that had glass door coolers that were always stocked. Very surprising for a resort of this class. The second thing that was a disappointment was that there was no lobster on the menu. When we booked the resort I was on chat with the resort and they stated that during the season we were staying, lobster was on the menu.

Beautiful place, customer service and experience cannot be beat

This trip was absolutely incredible! The service was truly amazing, and everyone was so kind. It was fun to meet other couples at the resort, and for our last night we were upgraded to an even better room. If you go, we highly recommend getting the Butler Service. We felt so spoiled the entire time. The spa was also very nice. The entire experience was perfect!

Very average rooms. Can be noisy. Parts of the facility could use updating (carpets, pool surrounds, etc.). 23 mile bus trip from airport is challenging. Had to struggle to receive correct room - took two days. Housekeeping at 4:00 is just too late. Other Sandals facilities are superior - Bahamas & Jamaica. Easier to get to.

First class staff, first class rooms and absolutely beautiful view of the Caribbean. Complimentary sail boats, cabanas and beach side dining and swim up bars as well as dry bar. Just an absolute beautiful, clean resort

My wife and I went to Sandals Grand in St Lucia and was totally blown away by the service provided by our butler Michelle. She could not have been more accommodating and still provided us with enough privacy. When we left we felt Michelle was no longer our butler but our new best friend. We will definitely go back and request Michelle! Only problem we had was the long ride from airport to Grande.

This resort was amazing and every day since leaving we have thought longingly about what is happening here. Do not hesitate for a minute to go here. Gluten free accommodations were made though the entertainment/dining coordinator Stacey, and she was amazing!

It is a two hour drive to the resort so book a helicopter, it only takes 12 minutes. The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff is amazing, extremely accommodating and friendly! So far the best Sandals we have stayed at. You can reserve a beach cabana for $130 per day but request # 1-5 as the others are too close to beach chairs. This includes you re own private waiter to stock your private cooler! Special shout out to Gilbet George from Sandals booking in the resort- he gave us an amazing deal to book our next trip to Grenada! He priced out a few Sandals on different islands and went out of his way to give us a break down on a few different islands- He is the bomb and we give him ten s. The restaurants are amazing with Gordon s on the pier being our favorite. Beware of the Pub...it seems as all the misfits of Sandals staff works here and they are horrible. Food was good but the service gets a big fat F !

My husband and I have just returned from the Grande St. Lucian last week..We want to thank the beautiful people of St. Lucia for their hospitality..We were overwhelmed with their kindness..To mention a few..Marseillus and Nyah whom entertained us all week..2 beautiful people..Herian whom we met when we first arrived and never forgot us all week..our TLC team Asher Dione, Tasha & Mr. Anderson who did not forget our anniversary..And last Irwin whom we booked our next vacation with..He personally brought our luggage to the van when we left..Promise to be back soon..Love to you all..

My husband and I loved the resort. Our suite was beautiful, our butlers were great, and the food was amazing!

Definitely worth the travel here. Beautiful resort and incredible food! The staff here are beyond friendly; whatever we need is given to us. The late night options are good, yet the rooms are quiet for sleeping or other activities. Not once have I had to use my earplugs here! There is always something to do if I have the energy to get out of bed, and relaxing enough I never want to leave the side of the pool. The staff usually try to push alcohol on you, but typically respect you for asking for virgin drinks. This resort is remarkably handicapped accessible, and staff/tour guides will bend over backwards to ensure you're able to make the most of your trip. This is the most relaxed and well rested I've been since having a daughter. My wife and I will undoubtedly be returning one day.
