Very poor customer service. I had my sons car repaired on a Saturday. The service advisor did not called me when my car was ready. I called him twice and got no answer. Rushed to the dealer and just made it in time before closing. The advisor was long gone but fortunately, another advisor helped me.
Great experience here, 2nd time having car services here...clean roomy waiting area, free coffee, water, cookies , donuts, tv..service took a little longer than expected so the service rep took $20 off my $80 bill and washed the car for no charge...Definitely would recommend!
I had my 09 Honda Accord services on Friday July 31,20202 in Chandler AZ. Robert Porter was my service advisor and I couldn t be more pleased with him. My Service Advisor did review my vehicle's Multi-Point Inspection with me, but I do not think your mechanic actually did Multi-Point Inspection. He/she just simply marked Green/Yellow/Red based on guess. For example, the engine air filter condition and the cabin air filter condition could not be green as I know.

Went here in December. No sales representatives came to greet me, I showed up mid day, there were hardly any other people here looking at cars on a Wednesday.
Upon arriving and finding a sales rep, she was NOT friendly at all, she seemed very rude and the way I was greeted with was "What do you need" in a very rude tone.
I explained to her I was looking for a V6 2015/2016 vehicle new or used with leather and a sunroof/moonroof, preferably a sedan, and staying under $500/month.
After stating my price the first thing she says to me is "there's nothing here that would fit your requirements"
I do not recommend any Autonation dealership to anyone as I have had issues with 3 of their Arizona locations

It is clear this dealership has outsourced their appointment scheduling. I had a question about a warranty and at first I requested a live chat which is posted all over their website as an option. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED MY CHAT REQUEST. Then I decided to call instead and the person that answered told me he didn't know how to answer my question and that all he could do is leave a message for a service manager to call me. He also said he had no idea how busy they were or when they could possibly call because he sits at a different facility.
When you can't even get the information you need in order to make an appointment, my advice is to stay clear of actually having your car serviced there!
Still have not received a call back and I have made an appointment with a competitor who could answer my questions and book my appointment immediately. MAJOR FAIL AutoNation Honda.
I take our vehicle here to be serviced. Up front and fair pricing, easy drop off process and concern for safety makes AutoNation Honda a good option. My service consultant made sure the car got what was necessary and discussed any other services that were upcoming. I plan on making AutoNation my go to service provider.

I bought a new 2015 Accord Touring car within the last few days. After many years dealing with dealers and hating every minute of it. My wife and I had looked at several auto dealers at other vehicles, not Honda. We were in this dealer for no more than 2 hours test driving several cars and suv's, upon deciding on the Accord, our sale consultant Efren Payan had us wrapped up with agreement in probally a few minutes. BEST Experience I have ever had with a dealership. It was about the customer not the sales. Got even better with our pickup of the vehicle with add on's and dealer Honda financing. BEST DEALER, BEST SALESMAN, BEST SALES MANAGER, BEST FINANCE.......COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS TRANSACTION.

Yasha was very nice and knowledgeable. He gets a 5. The car was vacuumed well but the car wash was windows only and that was not done well. 2 on that part of the service. I'm just hoping the oil change and tire rotation really happened.

Took two weeks to replace very common components at above market prices. They completely drained the battery before giving it back, so I had to jump start it after making a stop.
I made the appointment on line and a confirmation E-mail was sent. When I arrived the Service advisor assigned to me took interest in listening to my complaint about an intermittent starter issue. The problem was fixed the same day and covered under my Hondacare warranty.

They were great to work with when I was purchasing a vehicle, I have had a question regarding my extended warranty and after trying for 3 weeks now to get ahold of Gary Cushing in finance I have not been successful, literally call the dealer and ask for him every day for 3 weeks. I had to stop in in person to get ahold of gary, if they would have been a bit more proactive and returned my calls instead of me having to go out of my way to stop at the dealership, i would have given them a 5 star rating.
The battery in our 2017 CR-V died, probably because of the extreme Arizona heat. We called Auto Nation in Gilbert and got an appointment to replace it under warranty the next day. Not only did Ivan get it replaced quickly, his crew also found a small nail in a tire that had a slow leak and that we had been adding air to for several months. He said it was hard to find because it was so small and was in between the treads. They also replaced the gearshift knob that we had recently been notified was under a recall. All of this was done at no charge and in less than an hour. We were extremely pleased with Ivan s attention to detail and helpfulness. We ve always been happy with both sales and service at Auto Nation in Gilbert and have purchased three Hondas from them. Our next one isn t too far off in the future!
The guy that helped me was really understanding and helped me out really well. Everyone should definitely learn from him and his hospitality. Really good service.
I recently sold my wife's car to AutoNation Honda. I worked with Ashley and the process could not have been easier. Ashley and I agreed to a price before I arrived, she honored the price and 40 min later, I left with a check. I was shocked by how easy the whole situation played out. I am very happy with not having to sell the car privately and felt AutoNation Honda's offer was more than fair for both sides. Overall. I would highly recommend calling them first of you are ever in the market to sell a vehicle.

Great service, Brett was really straighforward and didn't waste our time. I just wish I had been warned that the 39 month lease would mean I was driving the car past its warranty.
I worked with John and he was great. He got me in and out the shop quickly and was very friendly. There was a consultation on services though didn't oversell, push, or mislead me in anyway which was refreshing. I feel very comfortable returning for more maintenance work.

Went for an express oil change late on a Friday night. Worked with advisor JP. An omission by his staff was quickly identified that night and rectified in my favor the next day. JP s commitment to his duty (and conscience) did not go unnoticed.
Robert took care of me! From the beginning to the end of my appointment he made the whole process a breeze. Made sure I was taken care of and showed me what Honda Care was all about. It felt more than just getting my car serviced it was the quality of how he made sure I was aware of everything that was being done to my car which made me enjoy my experience. Definitely will be scheduling my next appointment with him.
My CRV is under warranty and the touch navigation screen was malfunctioning so I took it in. The time to reboot the system would take a little over an hour, however after 2 hours no one bothered to find me to give me an update. I was in the waiting room the entire time. After having to find the service man, he informed me that my CRV was done awhile ago...
the only positive experience was how easy it was scheduling the service.

I helped buy a car for my daughter. We met Brooke at the dealership and with in half a hour test drove a car. We liked it so much we brought our daughter back and she never had to test drive the car. We worked with Corey to sign all the papers and he made it so easy.
The downside was when he finished we had to go to a back office. It seemed that the only way out of that office was to sign a five year maintenance contract. We all wanted to walk out, but signed the lowest priced contract that he had so we could go home. I will be very surprised if we need or use this contract, being we bought a Honda.

Huge Honda dealer. The service department is enormous. The service adviser was really good, he figured out what tires we needed, we are from the plains and the original Honda tires are different there. Good place to take your Honda to.

The next day, I get a call from someone in the service shop who said, "bring in the battery and we will take care of it." I explained that I no longer had the battery as it was turned in at Auto zone when I paid 180 for a new battery. He simply said, "if I would have been here I would have taken care of it." This of course does me not a bit of good, and why did 4 people tell me "no" to the point of loosing my business for him to so easily state he could have helped me if he was there. Also, someone responded to my post inviting me to contact the GM, I called and left a message on his VM over 1 week ago without a response. It really looks good when you see the invite on all the negative posts, but the reality is that it has not helped me at all.
The most frustrating thing is that I own a Pilot and Ridgeline, hell, my lawn mower is a Honda. I am brand loyal but it has not been loyal to me.

We purchased a $24,000 car from them 1 year ago, the Honda battery that has a warranty of 100 months, died in 48 months but because we are not the original purchaser, it is not under warranty It makes no difference that the Honda name is all over the battery and that it did not even get close the the 100 month warranty. My wife predicted before we made the call that they would find some loophole to get out of doing the right thing. Sure enough, it was denied "per Honda." it is this lack of ethics that will keep me from going back.

I have a maintenance plan I purchased with the dealer when I got my Civic brand new. I should be able to trust that when I take my vehicle in for services the "pro" tech will unbolt bolts and screws and put all of them right back. Since then I checked under the vehicle after getting it serviced and noticed one missing screw that fastens the metal cover to change oil and the tire valve caps are missing. I used to be a tech at a dealer and always had to pay attention to detail and make sure everything I took off the vehicle went back on the vehicle. I am disappointed with this as it is not a form of professionalism. They dont tell you about it and wont replace it since they thought I wouldnt see it.
From the beginning Keith Wong was awesome. He called when he said he was going to call and always nice and really cared about his customers.
The five stars are for him only. The one problem I had was when I arrived to pick up my car. I talked to the desk inside and also the man over at express to wait 20 minutes to get my car pulled up so I could leave.
Needs some work guys!!!
