We just stop by for new deals. They explained everything clearly. We decided get a new Honda civic in a couple hours. They are really impressive I could not believe my self how I could decide in a short time. We are really glad for purchased the Honda civic it is wonderful car.

After talking with 7 valley dealerships trying to find the best deal on a new Civic, I had four tell me that they had no idea how AutoNation Honda could offer such an amazing deal and if it was a true deal to take it that day (the other two just gave up on me). I went in and did a final test drive with Tim who took me through the rest of the process. I've purchased cars through about five different dealerships in the past (Tucson and Phoenix area) and it was never as easy as it was here. Everything from filling out the paperwork, dealing with a trade in, financing; couldn't have been more painless. The facilities are well maintained and I wasn't hawked as soon as I got out of my car. I was able to walk around and look at cars for a bit without being harassed and when it was time to find Tim several people were able and eager to help. Can't imagine buying a car anywhere else and we'll likely be back for a new pilot in a year or two.

Incredibly smooth and easy process from start to finish! Richard responded to my initial inquiry within minutes and was terrific the whole way through. No question was left unanswered or unresolved. Everyone I spoke with at AutoNation Honda Chandler left me with the impression they are honest, fair, and here to be your first consideration regarding auto sales/service. This was such a no-pressure situation I wish I had $ to buy another one.

Cory Cameron, my sales advisor and Ivan, the sales manage, made the purchase of my new vehicle quick and painless. I traded in my 2016 HR-V (bought 2 years earlier at Autonation Honda) for a new 2018 CR-V and after I picked out the color and model of the car I wanted and we determined the price, they brought the car around and we found out the car had aftermarket leather seats (much nicer than the factory seats) which were a $1600 upgrade. Since, we had already determined the price they gave me a deal that ended up being better than I could have asked for. Honest and straightforward. I will certainly be back for my next Honda.

Daniel M. Was my sales representative. I walked in wanting the honda got and very close minded to changing to another car. He was VERY informed on every question I had, professional and did not pressure me into anything. He asked what I was using the car for and the likes and dislikes, he was able to convience me to just look at the honda civic because it seemed to be a closer for to what I described to him. It wasn't in my budget and Dan was very honest about the deals he could do and off the bat gave me the lowest price to avoid the negotiations. It still wasnt doable and I had to leave. He didn't try to push it pressure me he just said okay. If the money isn't there it isn't there. Over the next few days Daniel called me and asked what my budget was, how he could help me, what on his end could he do and was very patient with me while I tried to work things out. 3 days later I drove home my new civic off the showroom floor!!!!! We went to kia, nissan, and Toyota and all the sales men were very lazy and didn't seem to care. Dan was not, he was hard working, and helped me get my family into a safe reliable new car in the exact color choice I wanted. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend Dan the Honda man to anyone who is looking to buy a car from someone who is hard-working and cuts out the bullshit. He is honest and I couldn't be happier!!!!!!

He also was honest about howy trade in was worth more than the dealership would give me (only 100 bucks) and helped connect me to a friend to try and sell it for more. He went WAY above and beyond for me and I am so grateful.

Got an oil change. During that, a plastic piece under my car got damaged. Called in (spoke with Janice, then Steve, and was told to ask for Drew), and was told to come in and I would be taken care of immediately. I came in, and proceeded to get gaslit by multiple service dept employees (an employee named Tamara told me the person I was instructed to ask for didn't exist, the manager I spoke with (while Janice was present) didn't actually speak with me, I was effectively a walk in, ect). Pretty sure they're just going to do a quick patch up of the damaged area and not actually replace what was broken. 0/10, would not return. The original oil change took 3 hours to boot. Not a fan of this place.

This was the first service for my new Odyssey purchased in Illinois and from the call to schedule the appointment through the end of the process I was very satisfied with the service. I will definitely return to AutoNation when I return to Gilbert this fall/winter.

I went to this dealership to simply look and get information. I left with the 3rd highest model and saving about 6000 dollars! Ray Saade was SO AMAZING throughout the entire experience! He listened to everything that I wanted and he delivered even more. I was planning on financing the loan for this car through another company and Ray matched the interest rate that the other company was offering! The entire experience was WAY MORE AND WAY BETTER than I had ever expected. I would definitely suggest anyone looking for either a brand new car or a used car to come here! They delivered on every single aspect. So easy and so awesome!

Honestly, I usually go to mom and pop shops to get a car because of my poor credit. After constantly being played and disappointed I saved enough to finally go to a real dealership. Disappointed from the start, was told a lot of nice things that were never fulfilled. Was told I was going to get place mats and roadside included. After we bought the car, was told we were never getting place mats, and to google road side assistance. Maybe a month later AC went out, was told it was not included in warranty, had to pay a lot to get a new compressor. Moving forward, went for my first service appointment, guy was super nice. Days later my oil light came on. They never changed my oil. I don t live near by so it was a inconvenience to come back, esp because I work all day. Came in for an appointment at 9:40 only for an oil change, almost two hours later, had to be late for work. I just really expected more from a dealership.idk who to blame at this point. I m really disappointed.

I had a GREAT car-buying experience at AutoNation Honda Chandler yesterday. My sales-associate, Zach, was not pushy in the least, he came to the table with several financing options based on my budget, there was no haggling, and I never felt as though I was being pressured to buy, as is the norm at other dealerships. I was offered a much better interest rate by Honda than my credit union, which was a big surprise because the credit union rate was pretty darn good, and AutoNation Honda Chandler gave me more than I thought possible on my trade-in being a 10-year-old car that has visible signs of wear. Dallas, the finance manager I worked with was incredibly helpful. All in all, this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had!

They did everything mediocre. Salesman was good though. Came in with Cash and it took 6 hours to take my xterra off the lot for an uninspected issue with the xterra... they said it was 100% the rotors. They "fix" it, comes out being driveshaft propeller.... Ofcourse, I found this out after buying it.... so mediocre...... Sales Manager made me feel he just wanted us gone and not treated genuine.... ok im done. Thank you.

My car was vandalized and needed to be repaired, Joey and all the staff really took great care in taking care of my Pilot, The car wouldn't start and I was afraid the damage was greater than simple bodywork. They went the extra mile, checked everything out, replaced the battery & all was well. My Pilot is Good as New. I appreciate all the care they lent. Great service, The Pilot & I were in good hands.

AutoNation used to be a great experience. However, the last two visits were not. Each time we were there one hour and 50 minutes for oil changes. There was no wi-fi, the coffee machine was not working and there was no popcorn!! There were only two TVs in four waiting areas. The service reps were great, but that is not enough when you're asking someone to wait that long!!

I had a wonderful experience at AutoNation Honda while trading in my car and buying a new CRV. I traded in my car 1 month prior to buying the new vehicle. I was able to trade in without being compelled to buy a new vehicle from the dealership. A month later when I was searching for a new vehicle, the dealership was able to give me good deals for 2018 and 2019 vehicles and the prices were really good compared to other dealerships. It was easy to work with the folks at AutoNation Honda and the prices were great.

Overall, the experience of purchasing a used Honda from here was okay. I'd say we got a fairly decent deal not a great deal, but decent enough. The car only had one key with it, and I asked for a 2nd key. They were unable (so stated) to accommodate my request, as it would violate their 'no haggle' policy or some such. Okay, right. But the biggest disappointment was that it took 4 hours to get a very simple purchase accomplished. We waited a long time and I suppose, it would have been nice for them to say, "Okay, we'll give you that second key since you waited so long". But everyone was nice great coffee, and our salesperson Keith Campbell was friendly enough and walked us through the tedium of signing dozens of documents and such. So maybe it should be a 3 1/2 star rating. If I was buying a new Honda, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it at AutoNation Chandler.

Called to inquire about warranty information in regards to my 2017 Honda Civic EX. basically the Skid plate flew off while on the freeway. No help at all, basically said would need to charge u, need to bring it in and see the damage of the plate.. The Skid plate completely flew off the vehicle, i expect wear and tear, but its not even 2 years old and no did not ride over anything. But the funny thing is when ure purchasing a car, its all this and that, buttering you up, and everything. Then when there is some issue after purchase, its like avoidance, its your fault not honda.

Service is alright, but they are super busy all the time.
Sometimes the information provided could be misleading. In my instance my battery was weak, but I was told that the car wouldn t start at all and that They had to jump start it and they recommended I replace the battery then and there, I choose not to and my car runs fine and starts fine even to this day. Yes it is weak, but not dead to have to jump start it every-time.

While the experience of having my Honda Pilot serviced went well, no repair was performed due to an inability to get the problem to show itself to the shop. I understand that issue. Since leaving the facility last week the problem has resurfaced 3 more times with warning messages from the vehicle. I have attempted to contact my service adviser and left 5 different message asking what needs to be done. Zero response. I then called the facility and asked for a supervisor and was advised at 4:40 pm than none were available because it was late in the day but that one would contact me first thing the next day. No returned call over 24 hours later. In short Auto Nation Honda has been unresponsive to my warranty issue.

Among the car dealers we visited, we found them the most patient, and also most reliable in their price offering. The sales representative Scott was trustworthy. He took enough time to walk me through the important technology settings and also brought himself the second key to my home that we missed at the time of check out. This is our first Honda vehicle we have ever purchased. It has been 6 days since I purchased my dream Honda CRV 2020 EX and I am driving it everyday to drop off kids at schools on my way and commute to work. It feels great so far. We believe their servicing is also reliable in the coming months.

Just purchased a Honda Pilot from Sean Corbett at AutoNation Honda in Chandler, AZ. Came in one day looking for an SUV test drove a couple of used vehicles on their lot, but really had my sites on a New Honda Pilot with Honda Sensing in Sapphire Blue Steel Metallic. With that configuration, my vehicle was hard to come by. Sean found one at an AutoNation in Tucson. The next morning he drove over to Tucson picked it up and later that evening I was driving in my new car! Thanks for going above and beyond to make sure I got the right car!

We just got our new Honda Pilot 2016 (Touring) from Autonation Honda Chandler location!! It was an amazing experience that we had there and a complete hassle free delivery of the car!
This could have never been possible without Chad and the Finance officer David! They are extremely helpful and take care that you get the best out of your trip at their showroom. You can never ever get your car in a better deal then what they offer! The moment you step in they will win you over I must say!
Will surely recommend anyone I know to buy your Honda from them even if you stay 50 miles away!!

Went in thinking I needed my alternator replaced, but turned out to be my battery. Joe was very friendly and helpful. He explained what was needed. Had me in and out in less then 30 min. Even took the time to go over when I would need my next regular maintenance. Wrote everything out, all my options. No need to do everything at once. Appreciate being able to spread out the expenses.

The service department is great. Whatever you do, don't use the body shop. You will get your car back with plenty wrong with it, so don't expect to pick it up when it's ready. A quick once over created a punch list of seven items that required repainting some areas for me. A run in the paint, an area that looked like it was nothing but overspray, broken and missing weather strip clips and the wiring harness was hanging out from the bottom of the door to name a few. It's obvious no one looked at my car to make sure it was ready to be delivered. Definitely not dealership quality work.

I have had my ups and downs with my last 2 Odysseys. Unfortunately my 2018 had some major issues and was seen far more than any vehicle should have been seen. My service advisor, Joe Rogers, was always so helpful and kind. He was understanding of my concerns, he was empathetic to the time I had to spend at the dealer. He would often offer to buy me lunch on the days I would be there working in the lounge while my vehicle was being repaired. Now that I have a 2019 Odyssey I hardly get to see Joe and his amazing crew but when I do, it's like nothing has changed. I am always thankful the staff remembers my name, is kind and helpful and most of all, is courteous. Thank you Autonation Honda Chandler and thank you Joe Rogers for always making me feel welcome. :) You've got a customer for life!

I rec'd a TrueCar quote from a different Dealer. Since purchasing our 2012 Honda Pilot there, I thought I d see what Autonation Honda Chandler could do. I started a Chat from their site with Alyssa and referred me to Gregg Gabbin. I m so thankful she did! Gregg walked me through the entire process and let s just say I m very happy with my price! Eric Torres my Finance guys at Autonation was also amazing.

I would certainly recommend Gregg to anyone interested in a Honda. Good People!

I went to Autonation Honda Chandler to have my first oil change and look into issues the car had with the Lane Keep Assist System (LKAS) and fix the Radar Obstruction Warnings it got during a rain storm in the mountains. I was lucky to get Joe Rodgers for my service agent. He was a friendly guy that made me feel he would go the extra distance to make things right, which he did. He introduces me to Jake the technician who talked with me about the symptoms. He installed 2 software updates, Service Bulletin 17-064 and a new Service Bulletin 18-006 and re-calibrated the system to see if it would fix the issues. I felt the LKAS issues were working better and the Radar Obstruction issue seems to be fixed as well. I would definitely recommend Autonation Honda of Chandler.

I had been to many dealerships prior to this, some with excellent service, and some with pathetic one. I was hesitant to go to this one, but I really liked the Saturn Vue that they had, and decided to contact them anyway.
I was pleasantly surprised to see how from the point of initial interaction to later in the process, everything was smooth, and no-pressure.

All my questions were promptly answered, and I was given all the information that I needed. I feel that John was extremely helpful and has great customer skills.

We decided to visit them in the evening, and were very pleased with the whole experience. Very professional, and they made sure all my questions were answered for the used car that I was purchasing.

Keep up the good work guys (a special thanks for John Scmidt :-)

Came in for a power steering hose they replaced it pretty quickly but did not clean the job at all, so my car was still smoking. then when I came to pick it up they forgot to mention that the pump went out. I'm assuming they just didn't test drive the vehicle at all. The service writer Nate was honestly a pretty nice guy; it just seems that the tech doesn't do a thorough job.

AutoNation Honda put a significant amount of time ...

AutoNation Honda put a significant amount of time into helping me pick me a car, but I never felt rushed or pressured. I spent about a month emailing back and forth with Bruce Kral before my move to Arizona, he answered my many questions promptly and courteously. Once I got here, my husband and I spent several hours browsing and test driving cars with Brooke Hopkins who also answered my plentiful questions but never pressured me. I was given a fair, below MSRP price with my first quote - no haggling required.
When it comes to the extended warranty options, don't be shy to negotiate terms around your needs. The packages offered are simply standard but can be tweaked and adjusted as needed. I wound up getting increased mileage and decreased years (due to high volume driving) for a lower price than the standard package.
The building is very clean, there is a lounge with TVs and free coffee, and I was given complimentary bottled water between test drives.
Everyone that I encountered at AutoNation Honda was kind and made genuine efforts to make my car buying experience as wonderful as can be. Plus my car totally rocks! I always dread the "car salesman pitch" at other lots. Now I know where to go! ;)

BE CAUTIOUS when purchasing their USED vehicles! I purchased a used Kia Sorento from this dealership less than a month ago. The check engine light came on within a few miles while driving this vehicle home after purchase. They made things right by fixing the issue (a crack in a valve - Evap Emission System). But since then, I have put over $1250.00 into this vehicle. I've had it less than 30 days and have only driven a few hundred miles. The vehicle had a bad A/C compressor and a puncture in the condenser. The gas gauge works intermittently. They sold us a bad vehicle. I trusted that they inspected this vehicle but that was not the case. Unacceptable for a dealership of this magnitude. I will be contacting the BBB.
