My CRV is under warranty and the touch navigation ...

My CRV is under warranty and the touch navigation screen was malfunctioning so I took it in. The time to reboot the system would take a little over an hour, however after 2 hours no one bothered to find me to give me an update. I was in the waiting room the entire time. After having to find the service man, he informed me that my CRV was done awhile ago...
the only positive experience was how easy it was scheduling the service.
