Just bought a 2005 honda crv. The sales rep. Alan Garcia was very helpful and very polite. He was very professional on selling and answering questions that I had on the vehicle. If you are looking for a vehicle to puchase, I definitely recommend you to go to honda autonation and ask for Alan Garcia. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Absolutely disgusting, i test drove a car that i loved that was 2000 under my very strict budget, and was told the best way to ensure the car was mine was to buy before detailing was done. Personally i would have been absolutely okay with being able to drive it out as it was, it was a car i liked, and i was not willing to pay the same amount for a mediocre similar copy. That is to say, when we came in to finish the sale, the price had gone up to 200 above my price, and the salesmen refused to budge, telling me to either change M Y financing, or ask my credit company to raise their price allowance. Absolutely not. Then they told me that they wouldnt even let me buy the car, then receive it after detailing, and what the car salesman told me was a mistake! Entirely unprofessional. I have no intention of buying anything from them, point and center.

I bought my new Honda 2015 last Christmas Eve. I contacted Richard Ouellette by email asking for the price. I was surprised when he told me the on-line price. It was cheaper than my previous used Honda 2013 that I bought two years ago!! Another surprise was that AutoNation Honda Chandler closed at 9 pm on Christmas Eve!! Can you believe that?? My brother-in-law wanted to take me to another dealer in Tempe.He called them around 3 pm. They said they were going to close soon and didn't want to hold a car for us. He let me know after I had bought my car. Lucky AutoNation and me!!

I didn't like my old Honda 2013 much. I stepped on the gas pedal to the ground, but it was unresponsive. I couldn't speed up in time, so I got caught by a traffic camera. Terrible!! Maybe I was my own fault.... I gave Honda another chance. I love my Honda 2015!! It is different. The gas pedal is smooth. By only soft touch, I can speed up my car as wanted.

I have leased Hondas in the past, however my experience with Tristan Watson at AutoNation Honda in Chandler was by far the smoothest, most hassle-free and easy experience I have ever had! I went online and selected the car that I wanted and my information was sent out to 3 Honda dealerships. Tristan and I communicated online. We basically worked out everything before I even got to the dealership. The car was ready (AutoNation Honda in Chandler has a huge selection of Hondas) and the paperwork was all ready. Most important to me: When I arrived at the dealership, the leasing paperwork was exactly as we had agreed to online (and over the phone)! Honda makes such a great car, however the customer service from Tristan and the people at AutoNation Honda in Chandler just as impressive! The purchase process was so easy and not stressful by any means. I think the whole buying process was completed in 2.5 hours! Not an all-day ordeal like I had experienced in the past at other dealerships. I was also able to purchase a service agreement that was folded into my lease that will allow me to take my Honda to AutoNation Honda in Chandler for all service and/or repairs (David in the Finance Dept. is very helpful too!). Tristan even took care of the details of returning my previous car that I was leasing for me! I am definitely recommending Tristan Watson and AutoNation Honda in Chandler to any of my family, friends or anyone looking for a great car, a smooth/easy buying experience and the BEST customer service!

ust bought a 2017 Civic EX-L from Telly Papagianis at the Auto Nation Honda. The long hours spent at the dealership was made easier to deal with thanks to Telly's friendly services, and no hassle approach to the sales process. This is the third Honda we have bought here, albeit the earlier two (Pilot and Civic EX) were purchased when the dealership was under a different ownership.

Recently purchased a new Civic CNG. Dealt With Bruce. It was a great experience. most of the negotiation was done prior to our visit to see the car. Everything went very smooth. got the paperwork done easily. No high pressure up-grade for extended warranties and other add on. Dealing with the financing was simple and easy. Had a spoiler installed today and dealing with the service people was great. Dominic was our adviser. Spoiler on, car looks good, very happy.

Recently I took my car in for repair on an ongoing...

Recently I took my car in for repair on an ongoing issue with my AC, plus an oil change and an OS update because it was no longer compatible with my phone OS. I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and sat in their driveway for over 20 minutes before my service advisor (Rae Blazich) even greeted me. I explained the issues with the car and we went to her office to go in further detail. Both of my feet have been seriously injured and I have a massive limp when I walk. I was also holding my ADA handicap parking permit openly in my hands. I walked to her office and began going over the details more thoroughly. First she couldn't find my extended service plan and I asked to speak to the manager. Somehow she immediately found it after. She told me that the repairs were completed covered under my plan and that this was the LAST free oil change I had left on my account (which I was already aware of- but glad to see I was right on it). This whole time I am standing on both injured feet, and the handicap parking pass is laying on top of everything on the table (red pass on a light brown or white table- stands out quite a bit) and I noticed her looking at it. She remained sitting in the only chair in the office and didn't bother to offer it to someone who was visibly in pain and constantly having to adjust how I'm standing to try to find some sort of comfort. She told me everything was ready and that there was zero out of pocket cost. I asked again to be certain that there wasn't a deductible or any fees whatsoever and she confirmed this.

I asked for a loaner car (which Honda has offered many times in the past for repairs) and she said there wasn't any available. I had errands that I needed to run and the car would be with them for a few days. I asked to speak to a manager to see if there was anything they could do and she came back with keys to a loaner car that they DID have already there, gassed and cleaned and ready immediately. I gave proof of insurance and license and left with the car. The following Monday she called my wife (on her phone and not the number I told the advisor to reach me at) and told her that the car would be ready by the following Wednesday. It wasn't ready until thursday and instead of calling us at any point just sent a text to my wife letting her know that there will be $100 fee that must be paid prior to use receiving the car. I tried calling her and even sent a text to her personal cellphone number that she had given asking about the fee since she assured me that there would be NO fee. She never answered or responded.

I went into the location to talk to her directly and she apparently had gone home ten minutes prior to me getting there and that I had to pay the deductible that she said I didn't have in order to get my car back. I asked to speak to a manager and they had also gone home for the day, early, leaving no one in charge in their place.

A supervisor came to speak to me and was very polite. I explained the situation and he immediately noticed my discomfort standing and offered me a chair immediately, sadly I didn't get his name. He explained that with my extended warranty that there is in fact a deductible. I told him that I was assured multiple times by Rae before I received the text about it being finished that there wasn't a deductible. She also NEVER checked with us to see if we still wanted the repair done even though there was a fee (I would have declined the service if I'd have known).

the supervisor came back after speaking to a manager on the phone and was authorized to wave the deductible so i could get my car. The only other contact I had with Rae was two days later when she asked me to write this review, reminding me to make it falsely positive to help her look better to her bosses. Clearly I am not a dishonest person and won't be playing her games just so she can try to cheat other customers.

the OS on my car has STILL not been updated and I still have the same problems as before. The repair that was performed was to fix the same component they fixed a year earlier.

My wife and I came to this AutoNation to look at a used CR-V we had seen posted online. Carl helped us out and got us in to test drive it. Everything went well and we went forward with the purchase. Very pleasant experience on Carl s end, he did everything and anything to help us out. The financing personnel were kind and friendly, however took very long to finish the deal. We were hoping and expecting to streamline our purchase given the fact that we said we would buy the car and had our financing already lined up. All in all, we left with a great car, a good deal, and everyone was nice. Carl was especially good to us and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Honda.

This is my first time purchasing a new car at Autonation Honda Chandler. My salesman made a mistake and didn't help to fix it. I had bad experience. However, by calling and talking to Dustin, financial director, and John Salazar, General Sales Manager, my problem was fixed in a timely manner. The 5 stars rating is for Dustin and John. Overall, it was great to come at Autonation Honda Chandler. Will surely recommend the dealership to friends and family. Thank you very much, Dustin and John.

I was quite intimidated for my first car buying experience. I did a great deal of research and even from the beginning, felt overwhelmed. However, I cannot recommend this place enough for how much effort and flexibility they put in while working with me. I have an incredibly busy work schedule so they took the time on a HOLIDAY weekend to come in and help me buy a new car. They were nice enough to negotiate price over the phone and that enabled me to get my financing done before I even walked into the building. From the moment I walked in, I was the priority. Before an hour and a half had passed, I was driving out with my brand new car. Half an hour of that was them thoroughly going through all the features for me as I have never owned a vehicle that was made after 2000. It is also good to note Chandler has the lowest tax rate in the greater Phoenix area so you could save as much as $400 just for buying from this location compared to central Phoenix. Like I said, this place was phenomenal and while I live in Arizona, fully plan to come back to purchase again. Thank you to the team and special thanks to Brett and Tim.

I decided to go through USAA to be my lender as I car searched this time. Using the USAA program I would recieve a better APR if I used one of the dealers in their program. Bruce from Autonation Honda was one of the first to contact me, and I decided to go see them honestly just because I liked his voice on the telephone haha. He also sent me some car specs with the price breakdown which none of the other honda affilates did. So I walked into the dealership pre-approved, had a pretty good idea of what car I wanted and test drove it around.

Bruce was a delight the entire time, not pushy at all which is what I wanted. Since I already knew what I wanted I just really needed someone to talk to me about the features, not try to talk me in to upgrades or anything more expensive. To top it off he delivered the car for me a few days later for my convenience. Top A Service, great customer relations.

The only reason I'm not giving Autonation Honda Chandler 5 stars (5 stars is what Bruce deserves for sure) is my experience with the finance department. I said sure to them running my credit if they could maybe match my pre-approved loan or give me something better. While they did obtain a slightly better APR than what I was getting through my lender, the prices on the options I had already picked through my lender (gap, extended warranty) where much more at the dealership, and I would actually lose out money even with the lowered APR. The finance guy tried to argue it out with me and when I first told him I wasn't interested and wanted to go forward with my Lender Loan he proceeded to go through each and every item anyways. I immediately tuned him out and played with my phone instead, not even caring at this point if I was rude. I had already been at the dealership for some time, and had just told him I wasn't interested and he ignored me and continued forward with his pitch anyways.

Bruce, you're awesome. Finance guy not so much. My girlfriend also had an issue with the finance (she bought her own car at the same time) so I'll let her leave that review.

I will keep coming back because they do a good job keeping up with maintenance. What I really appreciated is that they were willing to work with me. I could not afford to do all the recommendations on my visit, so we agreed to work on the most important maintenance measures first and see how things work out on my next appointment in future. I was really thankful for this.

Tim was our sales associate and John the manager and they were both amazing!!! The sales manager checked in at every point of the sale and was professional and genuinely interested in the best experience. Tim was professional, friendly, and honest. He was genuine and made sure that all my questions and concerns were fully addressed and follow up to ensure we were satisfied . Tim also made sure that the follow up service was set up and taken care of . Again his follow up was amazing! Bottom line is we had walked into this dealership having had horrible experiences with Right Honda in Scottsdale.... and walked out of AutoNation Honda Chandler having had a perfect experience! I would go through them again... and would recommend them to anyone interested in a new or used car .... oh and service department was awesome too and I would also recommend them... there a bit of a drive for me but worth the quality and experience!!!!

While the details are not necessary for public review, the process and end results are simply the best buying experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. I've been a GM man all my life, but I must say this new Honda Hybrid is fantastic!!! I'm fully aware of the engineering that went into the development of the car, but "they" have exceeded all my expectations. Thanks for a great experience, from buying to driving!

I came here to buy a used car. I have never bought a car from a dealership before so I was pretty nervous doing this. The salesman Brevin was very nice and made picking out the car super easy. However, the reason this review was given 2 stars was because of Annie, the CFS manager. She is the one who goes over all of the paper work with you and offers you the extended warranty on the car. I knew going into this I did not want that warranty for several reasons. Eventually, she offered it to me and I politely declined. She then proceeded to keep offering it to me after I said no several times. After about the third or fourth time I said no, her attitude changed. She gave me attitude the rest of the time I was with her and her demeanor changed drastically. My sister and I were both uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. I understand why the warranty is important, I was in sales too (phone sales). However, whenever I offered a customer insurance on their new phone and they declined it, my attitude didn't change and I wasn't rude thereafter, its just common sense to not do that. NEXT, I wanted to have my loan through Desert Financial. I made that very clear to Annie and my salesman. It has been about two weeks since I bought the car and my bank and I have been wondering where all the loan paperwork is. Come to find out, ANNIE had changed my loan company to Capital One. This was done so without my consent and without me knowing about this. I was furious when I found this out and called multiple people at the dealership and no one could tell me why this happened. So I went down to the dealership and was told Annie signed me up with Capital One because they were offering a lower APR. This is great, however; why wasn't I notified or given a call? The financial lead Dillon told me she just FORGOT to call me because she's "new". I get that 100%, but its COMMON SENSE to call a customer regarding changes to their loan company. I love the car I got, but I will not be returning to this dealership.

I was working with another local Honda dealer and was having a really bad experience.

I decided to leave there and come to AutoNation Honda Chandler. I walked in and told them what car I was interested in. I had done my homework in advance so I knew what I wanted and what the price should be.

I was in and out of there in less than two hours with exactly the car I wanted and for the right price. They could have not been more helpful and nice.

It went from the worst car buying experience at the other dealer to the best car buying experience at AutoNation Honda!

Car shopping is my least favorite thing to do. I went online, found the car I've been wanting for a long time, and purchased it for the price it was advertised at. Do keep in mind that is the price. You have to remember you're going to pay tax, title, & doc fees. Those things add up. However, my salesman Corey kept everything up front and open for me. I wasn't a very cooperative buyer. I was busy this past weekend w prom, fittings, flowers, pictures, chauffeuring kids around for prom. But through email and text he let me know exactly what he needed, I would email the info, and by the time I walked into autonation on Sunday, he had my car detailed and ready for me to take home. I spent almost 15 minutes with the finance manager to explain everything I was signing AND they have a money back guarantee! Thank you Corey and your team of amazing finance guys get me into my car. I actually knew the exact car before I went in, which made the car shopping process easier. But the team really helped me with all my questions and making sure the car was in tip-top shape before handing it over to me. They even looked at it later past the warranty when it had a weird electrical glitch to make sure it was in perfect condition again.

Great dealership. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Nationwide Honda in Chandler and I'm not disappointed. We initially had a problem with an item covered under their certified Honda warranty that was misrepresented when the car was inspected for the certification. We wouldn't have purchased the car unless it was a Honda verified vehicle. After a brief struggle, the dealership agreed and corrected the issue at no cost to us. The treatment we received especially from Wayne in service and Joey the body shop manager was great. Great dealership, people,service, and price. A+ +

Had a 10:00am appointment. Received four emaIls reminding me I had a 10:00 am appointment. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment. Was checked in and told it would take 1 1/2 hours. At 11:30 am (1 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment time that I had been reminded each day for almost a week) I noticed that my car hadn t been pulled into the service Bay. I contacted a manager who apologized profusely and stated that they were short staffed. My car was pulled into the service bay and 20 minutes later was ready to go. Gee whiz, something needs to be done about scheduling too many appointments and hiring more staff to do the work. This isn t the first time I had an unpleasant experience with the maintenance department but I will not go into any details on the previous visits.

Prior to AutoNation Honda, my wife and I had given up on a dealership that actually cared enough to go out of their way to help the customer. Efren, Philip, and many others were great. They helped us with our new used car, were thoughtful and when we had a few issues with the car after purchase went above and beyond to get us taken care of. We needed to leave the car with them for some repairs that they covered that they technically didn't have to because the car was bought as is but they did. They gave my wife a loaner without issue, offered to fix our car issue without fighting about it, and even brought our car seat out to our house when we needed it from the car that was in the shop. Fantastic experience. 100% difference from our experience at a Kia dealership where they aren't willing to take responsibility for anything and are absolutely unwilling to help the customer. We will purchase from AutoNation Honda again and will recommend them.

This place is something else. Heather in the Service department love to answer the phone on speaker, so rude... very unprofessional. I call to speak with the Service director and get sent to voicemail. Haven t received a call back yet from the Service director.

I bought an oil change for my ACURA first the service advisor felt like he took his time to get my car checked in, then when my car was done he took his time to complete my paper work, he was to busy pleasing and having his nose up some other client ( VIP ) so my paper work was pushed back. When he was going over what needed attention he mention to me that the transmission fluid need to be flushed funny that he said that because my transmission was flush by an ACURA dealership in the valley about 2 months ago. So I don t understand how it needs to be changed if it already was. So that makes me feel that they are NOT checking the fluids. Oh and another thing when I went to install my own air filter, I look under my hood my snap cap to keep my plastic cover in place under my hood all but 2 where missing. Great Thanks HONDA tech guys for NOT putting all my parts back on. I wouldn t bring my car here again.

The model, features and color of 2017 CR-V we want...

The model, features and color of 2017 CR-V we wanted was not available on the lot. Our sales person Richard Ouellettee searched for over a week to find a match for us. In the end Richard could not find an exact match but found the color and features on a higher end model. They offered us a very good price on the higher end model along with a very fair trade-in offer.

Richard was out on our delivery date, and Keith Campbell provided us a review of the CR-V's features. Keith was very knowledgeable of the many features and driver information interface. He also paired our phones to the interface. We felt very comfortable with all of the most important features before we left the dealership.

Overall very positive sales and delivery experience.

What a great car buying experience! For a female that can be difficult, but I was treated so well! I have taken home my brand new car and everything feels right! No second guessing or feeling as if I made a mistake, in too deep with payment..... none of that!
I worked with Paul mostly and he was very patient with me!! Very very patient!!
Phillip the sales manager was great as well.
If you are looking for a dependable car and the best service... ASK for PAUL Ramial.

TL;DR: My bank and my credit union both let me down, but I got a new car because of customer service that went above and beyond for an out-of-state deal.

I was looking into purchasing a car from this dealership as I saw an unbeatable deal on a civic on their website and started a dialogue with Bruce K. (internet sales manager) at this dealership. I knew this car would not last more than a week because of the $4k discount. I have never had a new car before, and even though I could put a decent down payment on it, I still needed a loan. My bank and credit union both said they would let me know if my application went through in 24-48 hours, but a week later they still hadn't gotten back to me, or kept finding new forms that they forgot about. In the mean time, Bruce was helping me to navigate the loan system, even calling both of the institutions to try and get answers or speed things along when I told him that they were not getting back to met quick enough to keep our deal moving along. Well, I purchased a plane ticket to go get the car as I lived a couple states away, and had made a reservation on the car that lasted 48 hours. When I told Bruce the day before my flight that I wouldn't be able to go as I hadn't secured a loan, he told me not to give up and made it so the car would be reserved for me without me having to reserve it again. He stayed well into the night past when his shift ended and worked with his manager and the financial department to come up with something (I am talking that he was at work at 9am and found the solution at about 8 or 9pm. That night, he showed me an AMAZING deal that I couldn't say no to, so the plan was back in place. The following day I met with him in person, signed for the great loan offer that was provided the day before, and got driving in my new civic in a couple of hours. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had. If you want someone that goes beyond expectations, that does not pressure you into any decisions, and really wants to help you get a car, try to find time to work with Bruce K. He delivered exactly what he promised with no exceptions.

As an aside, I wanted to speak about the professionalism and respect I received from this location. Being from out-of-state, there was a little more paper work that had to be done. I worked with Fabian in their finance department on some of the forms. He had only been promoted to that position the week before, but his level of professionalism, knowledge and character was great. I really appreciated the fact that if I asked a question and he didn't know for sure, he was not afraid to go ask his boss instead of giving a BS response.

There were a couple of bumps while at the dealership, but there was absolutely nothing that was deal breaking and that couldn't be corrected by the hard working individuals I met with.

I went to several different dealers until stopping in at AUTONATION HONDA CHANDLER. They had so many to choose from it was hard to decide which vehicle I wanted. I can't say enough about how they treated me everyone there and always asking if you wanted water if you want a coffee things like that and taking care of you. I could speak highly of them for a long time but it would bore you so I'll just I wish I would have found them years ago because I'll always go back to them. Dave B. Arizona love my car.

Exceptional customer service from all the staff. Specifically worked with Erick who patiently walked me through my options and made sure I could afford my Payments. He was very kind and I could tell he was being very honest with me. I can honestly say I haven t met any other salesman who was so considerate of my situation and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I would 100% recommend this location to anybody needing a vehicle. I can assure you that you will not regret it!

Stopped in for an oil change. Extremely slow, even in the Express Service line, which is supposed to be 'express'. I've been in and out of other Honda dealerships with no appointment on any given day of the week in less than 45 minutes. I was at this one for almost two hours. Not express whatsoever.

Terrible experience at this dealer. I bought my car here in 2018 and finally have to say something. First off, the sales men tried to hide that the rear bumper was scratched by standing in front of it all the time. I saw it and didn't think it was bad enough to make a big deal about, but still kind of shady to do. Next, was waiting nearly 4 hours for the paperwork to get put together to be signed. As soon as we agreed on terms, no one checked up on me until they needed me to sign papers. This was annoying and showed me that they just cared about the sale. I was just happy that it was all over in the end and I got to leave. Now we get to why I'm leaving a review 2 years later. Went to get my battery replaced today and noticed while removing the battery from the car that the battery tray was bigger than the battery itself. The dealership put in a smaller, less powerful battery in the car. Did they need to save money that way? Did they not do the right research when replacing the battery? They must have missed this on their multipoint inspection. Wouldn't recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

From the time we pulled up to the service department, we were greeted immediately by another rep, waited a few minutes, then met Tony. Very professional and personable. Informed us of the length of time for the service and kept us informed till the service was completed on time.

TL;DR: If you really like waiting for 3+ hours for your oil change appointment, this is the place for you.

Very poor experience with service department.

I came in for an oil change on a vehicle I had recently purchased from this dealership. After waiting over 2 hours (with an appointment) I was rushed out with the paperwork.

One of the notations on the form I received was "Oil Leak - Needs immediate attention." It would have been nice if a person would have been willing to speak with me concerning this issue before I left. When I called in, the only person I was allowed to talk with was the nice lady who schedules appointments.

A supervisor called me back the next day and told me they would be glad to take a look at the oil leak. I could make an appointment and leave my car for a couple days and they could give me more information.

I understand they have a high volume of cars come in for service, but there is no excuse for poor communication of serious car repair issues, and there is never an excuse for poor customer service.

Even though me and my husband were there for almost 9 hours it was well worth it. We had an amazing sales guy named Sean who helped us so much and was so sweet and nice and didn't pressure us at all, he listened to everything we wanted and he helped us find an amazing car for our family!! Our financial person was a man named Tristan and he went above and beyond to help us get up in our dream car!! This is the second time buying from this company and they will be receiving our business along with our families business in the future!!! Great job honda nation we appreciate it!!

Very cordial and helpful staff, but the scheduling system could be improved. I made the appointment online (very convenient) several days prior. I indicated in the comments section that I needed to have my rear view mirror replaced.
The morning before my afternoon appointment, I had the occasion to be in Autonation to pick up my wife s vehicle. I happened to check on my afternoon appointment and learned that my rear view mirror had not been ordered. Had I not checked on it, I would have made a trip for nothing.
I should add that the rear view mirror replacement was for my Acura, not a Honda, but the fact remains that it was apparent that my afternoon Acura appointment had not even been reviewed.
I will likely find another repair shop for my vehicles. I was particularly convinced of that when met with a $332.00 bill for a rear view mirror. Pretty expensive.

I yaws to bring mine and my husbands cars here for oil changes and tires, and I usually work with Tony but he wasn t there so I worked with someone else. She was nice, too.

Last time I was there I was asked if I wanted an offer to buy my car by Ashlee. Since I was thinking about replacing it soon I said okay. I asked to drive a new one while they did that and she told me that we could do that after.

Before we drove a new car she asked me for my social to look up how much I owed on my car and wrote it on a sticky note !!!, and didn t give me a credit app. She said they weren t pulling my credit and it I don t see anything on my credit from it but that was uncomfortable.

When she came back she said they could not offer me enough money to buy the car, and when I asked how much she didn t tell me, just I owed too much.

I asked about driving a car to replace it and she said I didn t want to do that, I owed too much on my car.

After they finished I drove to Super S and Bruce asked me to leave a review if I liked him, so I am. THANKS BRUCE FROM SUPER S, FOR HELPING ME WHEN AUTO NATION DID NOT.

Also they offered to give me free oil changes and a bunch off of a warranty so now I go there.

We had a issue with our 2013 crv so my husband too...

We had a issue with our 2013 crv so my husband took it to AutoNation and they found the problem but because of other commitments we had we had to leave it there and they provided us with a loaner which allowed us to follow up on our other appointments. Plus with them being open until 7 pm we were able to take the loaner back and pick up our car with the problem fixed and a carwash to boot. Thank you AutoNation.

I arrived at auto nation late on a Saturday afternoon for a factory warranty battery replacement. It was drop in with no appointment. The service advisor was so helpful and quick. I was back on the road in under 45 minutes. Thank you for the excellent service!!!
