We had an appointment at Auto Nation Honda in Chandler to replace a recalled air bag. Tony De Nardo was our service representative. From the time we pulled up to the service department, we were greeted immediately by another rep, waited a few minutes, then met Tony. Very professional and personable. Informed us of the length of time for the service and kept us informed till the service was completed on time.
