While the experience of having my Honda Pilot serviced went well, no repair was performed due to an inability to get the problem to show itself to the shop. I understand that issue. Since leaving the facility last week the problem has resurfaced 3 more times with warning messages from the vehicle. I have attempted to contact my service adviser and left 5 different message asking what needs to be done. Zero response. I then called the facility and asked for a supervisor and was advised at 4:40 pm than none were available because it was late in the day but that one would contact me first thing the next day. No returned call over 24 hours later. In short Auto Nation Honda has been unresponsive to my warranty issue.
