I have had my ups and downs with my last 2 Odyssey...

I have had my ups and downs with my last 2 Odysseys. Unfortunately my 2018 had some major issues and was seen far more than any vehicle should have been seen. My service advisor, Joe Rogers, was always so helpful and kind. He was understanding of my concerns, he was empathetic to the time I had to spend at the dealer. He would often offer to buy me lunch on the days I would be there working in the lounge while my vehicle was being repaired. Now that I have a 2019 Odyssey I hardly get to see Joe and his amazing crew but when I do, it's like nothing has changed. I am always thankful the staff remembers my name, is kind and helpful and most of all, is courteous. Thank you Autonation Honda Chandler and thank you Joe Rogers for always making me feel welcome. :) You've got a customer for life!
