I have been a customer of San Miguel Management, LP for over a year now and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The customer service is decent, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response to my inquiries. The website is easy to navigate and they offer a good variety of services. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
Dont not rent!! any place!! under this management they refuse to fix things and if your lucky after having 25 of the same requests to fix the same issue you might end up with worse issues!! Also when they have paint falling off the walls and mold issues not very health safe for familys and not too mention cooling and heating is beyond the worst and they dont have any insulation in any of their property.. so fair warning if your in florida and see their name attached to the property... and also when their staff tells you that everyone else has the same issues your not the only one with a big smile..
This company sucks. You reach out and voice your opinion and concerns and per Michael Watson "It my my personal policy not to respond to crass email correspondence". So they took over Citiridge apartments in Jacksonville, FL and has done nothing. The place is dirty, security gate has been broken over 6 months, the mangers are phony and does not care about the tenants, the maintenance guys sorry, barley see security, pay all this money for rent and you cant find any where to park you have to park in other parts of the apartment complex, they don't work with you on personal issues they just don't care. Hope they never loose their jobs, or get ill and loose everything they have. Yes per the previous post this company sucks. Other tenants are complaining and you think they listen no. No human compassion at all.
worst management ever. disgusting apartments.... they could not care less about tenants. not to mention theres a whole pandemic happening and they dont clean nor sanitize the units before move in nor the shared spaces (elevator, etc).
Was offered a job by San Miguel to be a porter at Rivera apartments in San Antonio . Was dedicated and loved my job overall I was with them for about 4 months. I just got layed off by San Miguel for no reason! without any notice at all! I did my job every day plus more than what was expected. Very disappointed in this management company thought I would have a great career with them. I have a 1yr old daughter to take care of and they didn't seem to care to much about it after they layed me off. They didn't offer to help me find another job at another apartment complex or anything. I will not be working with San Miguel ever again. I suggest not to work with them unless you want to get layed off and have no job.
