Customer service has really gone down hill. A coup...

Customer service has really gone down hill. A couple times in the few months they ve called me to say my card declined for autopay although there s no reason for it. This time they charged me a $35 fee for it. It s obviously on their end. The first time it happened she tried the card a second time and it did go through. Also I ve told them so many times to update my mailing and have yet to do that and I didn t get a communication that they were changing the billing date. The power cord to our internet box outside has needed replaced since August when we lost internet for two weeks. The repair man came and said it might be a bad wire, left the panel open so if it went out again we could open it up and jiggle the cord....I called them recently because we had an outage. before the guy ever came to fix it, I got tired of waiting and went out to unplug and plug back in and jiggled the wire and fixed it myself. Left a message for the tech that we needed to figure out a long term solution never heard from him again. I take three online classes where being present online is half my grade, and then they charge me more money in the same month that I have to fix my own internet ? I think they are channeling their inner centurylink now. I used to really advocate for them but I m over it and thenm.

If you had asked me last year I would have said 5/5 stars however the wireless service in buckhorn valley had gone down hill dramatically. Resetting my router and other equipment has become a normal part of trying to watch TV as has calling and being told someone will call me back or come to my house to look that my equipment, I'm not sure why I am wasting $60 a month with them.

While the actual internet service is good, the billing department is a mess. I ve tried multiple times to have my account set up on Auto Pay (twice I have had them email me confirmation of the auto pay) and each time they assure me that is is done correctly. Only for the next month to come around to find my account past due because it never came out.

Several phone calls later I finally get through to someone and they can t find any record of me being on Auto Pay. Every single month I go through this. One of the ladies is really rude. When asked about an option to pay online they don t know how to do that. So the only option is to call in payment every month, but it s hit or miss if you can get through to anyone.

If I could give a -5 I would. We paid San Isabel $10,000 for a T-1 line 5 years ago with their promise to represent us to Century link. it has never worked since. Our download speed is 0.15 Mbps. YES ONLY 0.15 mbps..Our pleas to fix the outside line get shoved off and blamed on Century Link.

I don`t know from where to start. The internet speed is good. I never had a problem with that. But the customer service is the WORST I`ve ever seen! It happen to be out of service on Friday morning and after multiple phone calls and voicemails at 9:30 finally someone pick up the phone and he was surprised to hear that I don`t have service. Obviously nobody check voicemails. In 10 min the problem was solved. But the real nightmare is coming when you don`t have service on the weekend. It is a mission impossible to find someone (on the website says " A technician will be paged if your call is after-hours" ). This is one big LIE. There is NOBODY. On Sunday at 9:00 am I`m out of service. After multiple phone calls and voicemails I`m reaching the sales manager. His answer is "I`ll see what can I do". After few hours and another dozen of phone calls I`m reaching the same manager and the answer is "your problem is reported". We both know this is not true, because there is NOBODY to be reported to. On the next day Monday I`m starting all over again. After 10 voicemails and 20 phone calls at 10:30 I`m reaching the same sales manager. After 10 min the technicians are at home, 10 min after that I have i-net - HALLELUJAH. At 11:00 am I`m trying to call again to customer service - still nobody is answering the phone (what a surprise). The only person who care is the sales manager - Eric. San Isabel - never again. I`m switching to another provider.
