Don’t do it. We’ve got Samsung in a high end building and have struggled with random shutdown of units….. this has been happening for over three months, been left standing on the rooftop with tech while no one in tech support answers. Told to order parts mid November, assured of early December delivery, found out today that it’ll be another 2-3 weeks but that there is no guarantee of that either.

Shocking service and support. Plenty of other reliable resources out there.

Samsumg HVAC is an excellent and a great place for all you VRF and Mini Split needs. I love the product and the organization. The product training support is superb. Kevin, Michael, and Quami conduct some really good training classes. I went back to the Navy full time to specifically work on VRF and Mini Split equipment. Stay away from Samsung AC products.
When you need helps, you will get terrible terrible tech support.

Very rude unprofessional costumer service (im so sorry if wrong spell person name but she hangup 2 times on us her extension # was 117 Tori she hung up on us two times 13/072018 2:06 and 13/07/2018 on the 3th call voice mail , when i told her we will come to her office and make complain she said good luck you will have to come to Texas very unprofessional she was making fun of us with her friend on the phone when we were calling her. I hope all this conversation was recorded and Samsung company can review this
