George Reed, Inc. Review

As a salesman making a cold call on George Reed Company, I can only imagine what a pleasure it must be to be part of their working family. From the time I entered the doorway I was met with nothing but politeness. I was given emails and contact numbers for every person I asked for. Reminds me of the days when all people were kind and polite.

I must say this is the most unorganized and disrespectful company. They have been doing road work in front of a Mobile Home park that i live/work. From the very first day they started they blocked ALL entrances to the park i live in along with the one nextdoor. They refused to let anyone leave or come home. They had not signs, no pilot car, and nobody had any idea what they were doing. It was such a safety hazard the Sheriff and Merced county roads had to come and help. It has now been 5 days (not including weekends) and they are still refusing people from getting to their home. To make matters worse there are quite a few rude disrespectful employees that are harassing tenants and demanding proof of residency to pass.

Geo Reed can pave any street in my neighborhood anytime they want. They have almost finished Louise in Manteca near me. Their personnel are courteous and hard working, and the flagmen kept traffic moving smoothly. The paving job is THE BEST, smooth and level. Other paving companies should take lessons.

A driver in one of their extremely large trucks almost crashed into the side of us while driving on Oakdale. Not paying attention even though we were honking.
