Very rude unprofessional costumer service (im so sorry if wrong spell person name but she hangup 2 times on us her extension # was 117 Tori she hung up on us two times 13/072018 2:06 and 13/07/2018 on the 3th call voice mail , when i told her we will come to her office and make complain she said good luck you will have to come to Texas very unprofessional she was making fun of us with her friend on the phone when we were calling her. I hope all this conversation was recorded and Samsung company can review this
