Pearl the lady that was at the entrance on this particular visit and is sometimes at the exit was rude and and unpleasant.I can't think of any visit that she has been even the slightest bit pleasant. Other than that the visit was fine.
The help is always nice and the prices are decent too
As new policies come out it helps to remeber they all are just working to pay thier bills. They are very professional and helpful.

Shop here often. So does the entire town. I wish they would not have lines when it's time to exit. There are already lines just to check out as it is. Just sayin.

I bought a muscle rack and it weighs 130 pounds and they said they were short staffed and so I ended up helping an employee who just had back surgery lift it into my truck and I am 6 months pregnant. And the girl employee Gina knew that I couldn't life but didn't come help. Not ok.
Store was remodeled its going to take some adjustment to find things but it also helps you discover new things. They have great prices and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restrooms are not so clean and there is not enough help on the floor.
Decent availability, considering the circumstances. The store was a bit crowded and checkout time was slow but overall the trip was better, selection wise, than its been in a while.
They need a 10 items or led check out. I 3 items and had to wait till some one checked out with 60+ items. Bad only 5 registers open out of 17. Not good customer service at all.
We always have a good experience at Sams Club. The membership is well worth it, especially as a family of 4. Snacks in bulk is the way to go!

Always a long wait. To check out. the store is changed due to the remodel this makes things hard to find. Some employees are very helpful some are just mad, I have no idea why. The parking lot is a mess and can be dangerous if you don't really watch yourself and your kids bulk items so home storage is a problem but we have 8 in our family so the stuff goes pretty quick pretty good value on many items but it still does pay to shop around we used to buy gas here but had an issue with a mess fuel filter, which has not happened again since we stopped getting gas there

Great place to buy bulk, even though the Scan & Go app is unusable on my smartphone.
Still trying to work out the intricacies of the pick up service without using a phone app, but the new remodel is nice.
Never has the things I need in stocks always told its on order so I wait to when they say it will be there and same story everytime
Sam's Club is our "go to" store for bulk items. We also utilize the pharmacy. Not everything is cheaper but for the most part, they are less expensive than the grocery stores. We are fortunate to have a stand alone freezer so Sam's is good for us. Sam's Club is near to our home so it is also convenient to get there. They have most items we usually buy and are usually in stock. However, we have experienced looking for items not in stock. Overall, we are very pleased with Sam's Club and will continue to shop there.
Pretty small for a Sam's, and the service was surly and almost non-existent. Limited selection and nothing like the Sam's and Costco's I grew up with.

Besides having to spend our hard earned money on staying alive by buying essentials Sam's makes it by far the easiest way possible by downloading the Sam's scan and go app I've seen so many people standing in line to be helped out with purchase we,I just scan products and walk out NO LINES!! AWESOME

i came to get a coffee from their food court and they were all out then i got a smoothie instead and this smoothie is trash it s just ice cubes in the mango juice, y all need to figure out your food situation.
This Sam's Club has really really rude, awful people that work there. Managers are all so mean, the employees are either mean as well or are clueless about everything. This Sam's Club needs much better management and staff!
I had a great experience at the costumer service desk, Stephanie helped me out to upgrade to a plus membership. She was so nice and kind! Costumer service was excellent. Better than other stores..
Need more Associates on the floor nobody can find anything at this point need somebody to ask on occasion everyone I talk to says the same thing can't find anything looks like a store full of zombies walking around with their heads in the clouds trying to find things
Love to go to Sam's club with my son. We get enough to last a month. Nice people and good quality.
I went in for just 2 items, one of them being Crest Mouthwash. It had a sign of instant savings above it & was in the flyer but did not come up on sale when I was doing self checkout. I asked the gal for assistance as to why it was not discounting the item & after looking in the monthly flyer of sales she asked Troy, her manager for help. Troy was very short, I could tell he did not want to take the time to assist us. She showed him the flyer & I let him know that there was a sale sign above it in the aisle.. He went to check & when he came back was very short as to how that was for the item above it & it was not on sale & that the flyer says it was only for scan & go (whatever that is, because he sure didn't take the time to explain it!) He was very short & then walked away, no apologies for the misunderstand, nothing! I have worked retail & yes I know it's 3 short days before Black Friday but to be treated so rudely is uncalled for no matter the day. Seriously thinking about renewing my membership at this point.

This location is under construction, so many items have been moved. However, the staff was very helpful in finding items.
Today they are rearranging things so the store is not navigatable...I Love visiting SAMS.. they usually have a nice variety yo choose from and their return/exchange policy us great!!
The remodel has left the store in a state of confusion. The aisles are extremely long and only benefit those that plan in strolling every one versus a quick visit to grab what s on you list. Item grouping doesn t make sense. Different drinks are spread over half the store. The meat section spans the back half with different brands of the same product popping up in different spots. It s a trial to find everything you need in a timely manner, if at all.
The crosswalk is always a concern with its narrow nature and impatient drivers and pedestrians alike.
And my biggest complaint is the pillars in the middle of the aisles that make somehow make cart maneuvering complicated math problems and necessate the move into oncoming traffic to get by.
I like Sam's Club but after today, I may have to think twice before going there again. There were two check stations with checkers and one of them had a closed sign out. Meanwhile, every self checkout was full of customers and only one person was available to help. Personally, I hate those stations. Would much rather have a real person take my money.

Sucks. Keep rearranging store and making it hard to keep track of locations and stoner staff don't answer their customer service phone when you call to inquire about products. Litterally pick up their reciever and set it down on desk, then when you call back it will be busy because it's off the hook, way lame and unprofessional.

A big thank you to the gentlemen in the tire shop! I was a mess, flat tire in the trunk and donut on the car. Jesse and one other gentleman (wish I could remember his name) were so nice! They replaced the tire and cleaned up the trunk of my car. Sally (my car) and I can't thank you enough!
I called the tire department this morning, spoke with an employee and asked for a specific brand. The employee sat the phone down, didn t ask me to hold and started helping another customer in the store while totally ignoring me. I m now headed today to Discount Tire where they value their customers. Sad!
Very frustrating experience. I purchased a television on 7/26 and it was part of a 1 day sale on 8/3. It was $140 off. I went to the store to see if I could get a sales adjust or if I needed to, I would return it and repurchase it at the lower price. I had my receipt. I was told by the employee, Grace, that I would need to go to my home, box up my television and return it and repurchase a new one to get the sale price. I asked for a manager. The COS manager came over after around 5 minutes of waiting, a gentleman named Glory, and without speaking to me once, he didn t even look at me as he spoke to Grace to figure out the situation, said that that he didn t have a problem with it, but Troy, the manager, would have to give final authorization. He then walked away with out so much as a have a nice day. Troy, called rather than came over after another 5-ish minutes. Grace gave him the facts and he authorized the return and re-purchase of the tv. I had other shopping to do, but after I saw two managers standing around discussing ceiling fans and some kind of electrical something. I decided to leave. I then see Troy and the two managers from before standing around the tv area shooting the breeze. Glory needs some serious people skill training. How he is a supervisor of any kind is beyond me. And if Troy was too busy to come and help me, he was too busy to stand around gossiping with the other two managers. Grace was exceptional. Kept her cool - even when I became frustrated with the situation. She should get 5 stars. Something that is simple, was entirely too hard and time consuming. Very disappointed overall.
