We've been waiting days for Sams Club in Grand Junction to process a return. Due to the new tablets at the service counter they do not have visibility into the returns. They can't find my return even with the receipt. The team seems undertrained on the new systems. The manager says he can't call anyone because corporate is working from home and its impossible to reach anyone. He did say I could dispute the change with my credit card company. Those will be the next steps.
I use to buy hearings aid batteries there. Now they don't carry them there. The batteries for hearing aids are only available their hearing center, and you can't get to them without appointment. Sam's club is just disappointing me again.
Nice place to do shopping. Food comes in large quantities.
Sucked. Accidently scanned something twice on the app and paid they couldn't fix it so now I have way too much tp. Was forced to use app because computers were down and they weren't trying to fix them.

This store is fine generally, but lately the line to get out of the store AFTER you check out is a freaking joke! We just left the store and that line went (not exaggerating) PAST the last self checkout register. There was only one person scanning at the door and it was the same older lady who usually does it and she has to scan 3 items now (used to be 1) and she digs around for the 3 most burried items in your cart, completely oblivious to the 20 or 30 people waiting in line. FIX THIS! Get a second person at the door. Go back to 1 item. Train her to move FASTER when the line is long. It isn't rocket science folks. I SO wish there was a Costco in this town. 10x better than Sams.
How exciting can a big box store in the middle of a pandemic be. Not very!
Sam's club is a warehouse club associated with Walmart. The flow is easy. The products have been good. It can be hard to find things if you don't shop there often. The employees are friendly and helpful.
this older lady who was checking carts in was extremely rude when asking to see our Sam's club card she stated that its mandatory and she shouldn't have to ask! we about just walked out the last time I was in I wasn't asked to see my card especially when you can only shop there with a card , just rude bad customer service , everyone one else though was lovely
The only downfall was the line to sign up was fairly Lang and it took a good half hour. Other than that I got some good deals and even freebies.
Easy in and out using scan and go with there great app.
There phone scan app is awsome you can scan the stuff as you put it in the cart and pay with a card and skip the check out line on the way out
I love my trip but there were so many people you cant walk down the main ill will out stopping or running it to some one
Always have had a great experience here , but today young Andrew decides to throw my bread on the floor because he was upset at all the groceries my family and I had . Then decided to throw my eggs sideways into the top area of the cart damaging them . I walked over there and checked on the eggs I was going to buy but returned since Andrew broke them . And gave me attitude once I told him that 1 was damaged and leaking in the package . Spent nearly $1,000 and might have to take myself to Costco from now on to see how friendly they are ! The manager seen the whole deal and blamed us for (being how people are ) I was polite to everyone .

Store did not enforce corv 19 face mask. Informed 3 employees. People without masks onl. walking through the store. Rules are not influenced. Sign on front of store. If l or my wife get sick? I will know who to blame. Unsatisfied customer.
Tire guys are awesome and the meat department is very clean and the people are very nice
Easy to shop and very clean. Curbside pickup is great when it works right and the machines/doors/app/employees are not malfunctioning. Extremely friendly pickup staff who go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. When shopping in club, the only option is Scan and Go unless you want to stand in endless lines. One suggestion: Separate line at the exit for those who are saving time and manpower by using Scan and Go. Shouldn't have to stand in line behind 15 people (picture of the line of receipt holders in front of me who have to have their receipt gone over line by line) who have to have their receipts double checked by the employees. Always seems like a hassle to the employee when they need to switch "modes" to scan your phone to get out of the door.
Definitely not saving me any time by doing Scan N Go.
Update Sept 2019:
Was forced t show my membership before allowed to enter the store (first time in 4 years) and was told by the associate that it was to prevent an active shooter situation or someone shopping with someone else s membership. This makes no sense because there was a shooting in a Sams and the person was a member who fired the shot. I have Ben in twice since then and not been asked for membership proof by anyone else. Seems like a rogue associate was working that day. Also, baskets are never available as evident by my recent photo. At least 10 customers were forced t wait on carts to be gathered. I wish this store would be consistent in their policies.
People must be freaking out again, Sam's getting low on some things
Sam's is great but I made the mistake of getting there at 2 PM on a Saturday. Not the best time to go in..

We ordered 2 mattresses on November 28, promised delivery by December 20, never showed up, bad enough to wait a month for delivery and then they don't even show up, have to wait until January 5, really Sam's club? And no help from customer service,??? , I guess that membership fee didn't pay off,so unprofessional

This store had been terrible during corora virus.
You would think with their size and supply chains they would have been able to better service their customers. Even now they aren't able to take care of customers who order for pickup. A real disappointment to me and the community.

I have been shopping here for a couple years now and have never had an experience quite like today I spent an hour or so getting groceries then another half hour in the line, only to get to the register and have the rude lady tell me my card was expired and I have to pay 45 to get my groceries. I told her that funny I come here every two weeks and I know I'm paid up and I had to leave without my groceries come home and called only to find out my catd is fine .. then talk to the manager and just get told sorry! Dont want to even come back!!!!

Normally I have a fairly good experience at sams has always been my favorite place to shop! However one thing I think they highly need to change is there the bakery online there needs to be a way to create a order or at least look at a online catalog for those unable to leave the house I had a issue today as I was unable to order online or view options or I would have called in an order! Due to recent changes in my health I am new to not being capable of going out and getting what I want but was recently diagnosed at age 27 with breast cancer and it's debilitating and was unable to make a trip to order and then back tomorrow (24hr policy) to pick up so sent my husband after work today and he was informed there is a apparently struck 24hr policy on cupcakes. I called as I was frustrated as I tried searching the web first thing this morning for a way to order and wondered of they could review there work load and see of there's anyway they may be done prior to 24hrs nope it's 24hrs!!! Ok then find a way for those of us bed ridden to order online or view what you have available! Heck save everyone a trip and do this so it's not a trip to order and then a trip back in 24hrs to pick up the order!! Luckily for me this is will hopefully pass after chemo ill regain strength to shop but that's not the case for some! I was in tears I was so frustrated.

Very frustrated with not being able to use our Sam's app to check in for curbside pickup and then having to go into the store to receive our order. It defeats the purpose of a risk free pickup. Also frustrated with not being able to get certain items without going into the store.
Everything has been shuffled around, so get a map, or hire a guide...
Love Sam's. Under construction right now but very accessable. Weekends are very busy.

Tobacco Center customer service very poor! I waiting more than 20minutes , but she don t call someone help her, just ask to wait, poor service, she don t care walk in customer, just care about online order customer!
We found everything we needed and them some extra. The store manager was very nice and friendly. The cashier was super nice!
We have alwaysliked the club but tried to use the tire center for the first time. That will never happen again. The guy was rude and almost seemed to have an anger issue. All I wanted was to order a couple of tires and schedule to have them put on. I took my money elsewhere.
All I can say is these people lie!!!!!!! I've never heard soo many people at one store lie as many times.. I returned an item ... my first... was told no problem I can bring back if I chose to ... well two days later I did..once I arrived at the store to return it I was told ... oh by the way we need a 24 hour notice...which they never told me and I found out after complaining to the general manager there is no such policy.. I waited 6 hours to get my money back..i paid in cash so should of been given to me as soon as I brought it back.. for me the drive would of been 120 miles so I hung out at there parking lot for 6 hours. Would I go back !!!! What you think?? Oh yes they offered me a 20 gift certificate for my discomfort I told them give the money to charity..
their 'restaurant' isn't half bad, if only a little expensive.

Tire center. Great people. Got me in out and on my way with little hassle. The only hassle was because of the reduced size of the tire center my tires had to be ordered. However, with the friendly staff I was able to what I needed and get on my way. Those guys did awesome.
The employees were very helpful with check out and loading of a grill that weighed 200#s.

I want to pay cash for my items. Only two checkouts open. The wait is not good. Takes me 3 times as long to pay for what I am getting then to get what I came in for. Items marked down dont ring up sale prices. The people who work here are usually always friendly and helpful.

For the first time, we did curb side pick up. It was fabulous. Everything ready and accounted for..staff was accommodating. We ran inside to get a couple of things that were not available on the web site, and were shocked at how many shoppers did not have masks on. The staff did and I thought it was required for shoppers.
Not very good, I had one return and three exchanges were just smaller sizes of the same items, the cashier was confused and said we owed money. I tried to explain it to her, she finally got it right.
Handing out an item location map of the floor was appreciated. It helped us find what we were looking for much more efficiently. As always we find the quality, and price, of meat and produce excellent.
