Duke is awesome! He went above and beyond our last take out order! And this time was no different! Always kind and courteous! They truly care about their customers! And the chicken tenders are the best ever! And the subs are amazing!

I used to love this place but the last 5 or 6 orders my pizza has been either raw or burnt to a crisp. Plus they never cut my pizza. When they do it right it's a very good pizza. Best wings in Elyria though. Size of wing, taste, and sauces are all on point.
had all 5 stars and then a few months ago, it took a dip, to be honest i would not of ordered again, Happy the Wife did.. last 2 meals where right on top, correct orders, delicious food, generous portions. I would recommend!
I've only tried a few pizza places in Elyria since I moved here but Sambino's is the best so far. Toppings are relatively fresh and the crust is nice and buttery and well seasoned. Sauce is good and I always feel like there is a nice balance between sauce, cheese, and toppings. Give it a try.
Very unhappy every online order I've placed has been wrong and I finally called about this last order being wrong it didn't get fixed
If I could I would give a hell no! I usually order from them and tonight they gave me a bug on my sandwich and refused to give me a refund. NEVER AGAIN....EFFING DISGUSTING!!
I give them credit on there Potato boat pizzs. But there sauce is not homemade. And there dough is not fresh at all.
I am a big fan of sambinos. We order there all the time. However they have done something different with their sauce. Its very bland and nasty. I will not be ordering pasta from there again if its going to taste like that. Don't claim to be Italian if your food has no flavor.
Normally order from them all the time, but this time they skimped out on our subs giving us like one slice of meat for each meat and the subs are kind of pricey. Pretty disappointing considering we liked their food.
I ordered there few times. They only got my order right once, I have no idea why I get pizza from there. Never complained just hoped it fix it self. I got two pizzas today one meaty an one with mushrooms. Well now both pizza's with mushrooms. I'd normally would pick them off eventhough I'm really hungry an order a pizza because its quick. But no its f cold, they said they'd replace the one pizza to a meaty. So now my uncle's eating cold pizza an I'm sitting here with my stomach crawling. There's more to it too. I'm gonna write about you guys on every pizza page. I want the world to know.

Didn't even won't to give a 1 star. Order 43.00 worth pizza from here for a child bday party, they messed up our order and now kids who don't eat pork have to wait to eat smh. Called and the manager told the person who took the order there is nothing they can do.
Online order went bad from the start, the food was not cooked correctly, ribs were over done. Then the delivery driver said credit card did not go thru so I paid cash on the spot. After checking my credit statement the card was charged. As an Amputee from war injuries sustained in Afghanistan I tried to resolve over the phone, unable I put my leg an arm on and drive to Sambino's Pizza and the owner apparently was not in and the manager said file a dispute with credit card after I had explained I talked with the credit card company the said the easiest fix is to have them credit the amount back. Mgr did not pull up the correct day of the transactions and hence since its not life or death I just left . $20 bucks is not that big a deal however I did file the dispute now we can waste more money tracking down the obvious and I can wait an additional 10 more days minimum as that is how long the dispute investigation takes. Truly not how I expected a wounded veteran to be treated on memorial day. But hey ok Sambino's was not that good wont get my business ever again. I ask Veterans do business elsewhere!
Favorite place in Northeast Ohio to get pizza from! They always have great deals on pizza, wings, etc. If you re really hungry you should order the Big Sambino ( large pizza two toppings, cheesy bread, 10 wings and a 2 liter)

Pizza has gone downhill recently. Ordered a sheet pizza. Paid $31 for burnt crust, barely any cheese, burnt pepperoni and a gallon of sauce. We ended up throwing it away and will not order from here again.
Not only is this pizza delicious. They made a very minor mistake and they called and admitted it. They brought a extra pizza to make up for the mistake. Great customer service!
delivery guy was hitting on my friends brothers wife and spoke like Hulk Hogan also the pizza took 2 hours to get here and they still got the wrong order
