So from not diagnosing a live threatening illness to having both doctors and dentists with god complexes(wow the dental van here in sweet home are not only incompetent but rude/selfish/zero compassion and a bunch of whiny brats). seriously go anywhere but there or lebanon hospital if you value your life/health. Picking on people with PTSD makes you and your "dental van" both cowards and bullies. Lying to a patient as to what procedure you want to do(pulling perfectly fine molars? not the simple filling the appt. was for) and then trying to verbally ha rang them into it is the sign of bullies. Threats to "remove me from their system" are meaningless as i have never been a patient. And yes i have filed a grievance. Bully boy, you need to find a job where you don't have to use your non existent people skills.

Wayyy better than WVCM offered in marion county. I always received the care that I needed and never experienced any hassel.

It is extremely difficult to see a specialist outside of their hospital network. I need to see a neurologist but the only one who they approved me for has been demeaning and uncooperative. They also have their doctors mark something as small as a twisted ankle as an accident so they can harass you with nonstop letters about asking to sue whoever caused the accident so they don't have to pay for the appointment. I told my doctor I have loose joints and she confirmed it, then it gets flagged as an accident. I hate that I can't go see a doctor in Peacehealth just because it's not Samaritan's tiny and overcrowded hospital group. I need better care than I'm currently getting. I miss OHP when it was run by the state and I could see anyone I wanted within actually reasonable limits. Now the state pays hospital groups to provide "insurance". It's a broken system now.

I am so happy with my experience overall. Everyone I've talked to or personally met has been extremely kind and very knowledgeable.

Not willing to help with reasonable accommodations for fragrance and chemical sensitive persons, spoke with manager was very assuring at first than left us with no hope, since OHP went to CCO it's. a broken system that needs to go back to MCO IMHO.

Waiting to talk to someone can be a hassle but I haven't had any problems with billing, appointments or yearly renewals at all. It definitely makes my life a bit easier without the hassles
