I don't usually leave feedback about companies, but I have to with this one. I posted a year and a half ago about the service we received with the installation of our whole home water softening system and RO. Since then, the service has been horrible. We've called 3 times asking for someone to come look at our system - we haven't used a grain of salt in 18 months, and our appliances and faucets still have build up - and haven't gotten one return call. We finally had to schedule another company to come take a look and find the problem. This is beyond frustrating when you've spent over $4000 on a system. After the new company comes in and finds the problem, we plan on taking this to arbitration to ensure that Samantha Springs upholds their warranty and corrects the issue. If we cannot get a response, hopefully our lawyer can.
