Very difficult to get an appointment. Decided to change!

Reception staff are unprofessional and rude. I never get through on the calls for at least 35 minutes EVERY time I call.

Gp is very professional.and reception staff. But its very hard to get appointment. New comers are wellcomed any easily registered here.

Talk on phone with Dr saluja old man was very rude he disconnected the call without listing. Worse clinic in Ealing

The reception staff is very rude and unprofessional.

I have been registered with this family run practice for the past 10 years. Original saw Dr R S Saluja very professional and experienced Gp. Always given the best advice and care.
No problems with any of the staff and all the GPS I have seen have been very kind to me and my family.
Recently Dr Angad Saluja joined Dr R S Saluja younger son. He took over my care and I must say he is the most professional and caring Gp
I have ever seen. Full of knowledge and the best form of treatment given. No hesitating if a referral had to be made.
I am now moving from Southall and I am going to miss the medical care and attention I received at the Saulja Clinic.
I wish Dr Angad the very best of luck for the future. May your surgery grow and you continue to help others as the way I was.

I'm giving 5 stars only for Dr angad and Dr saluja, he is a great, honest, and kind person but reception staff two old lady with glass and another fat woman are so rude except one guy with long hair and one young girl are good

I find the reception staff are rude. I also find d Dr Saluja snr to have a very outdated stance and knowledge of medicine. Dr jandu comes across a veterinary doctor. Most doctors talk over you, and always reluctant to refer you to specialists.

Its really difficult to take appoinmt in clinic they always forced u to call in the morning at 8 am but that time u cant get free line nmbr is always busy staff is gud but they are not ready to help u . Always disappointed .dr suluja his self great kind person . Pls its my request to make ezi n simple way to get the appoimnt . Thanks

Awful gp worst I have been to in all my life. I have no idea how this practice is still open or allowed to operate, with such low standards in staff and alleged professionals.

one star is very less for them, front desk lady in evening (asian) she was rude, no manner how to talk. Dr angad is very nice but their stuff useless,

One of fatty asian lady sitting in reception. ...her way of talking is no good ...behaviour is vry bad ..she don't know how to talk with patients ......she is giving a very very bad service

Avoid this surgery. I got appointment after 3 months as reception staff is very rude and spoke to manager "Sabita" she said complain to commissioner or whatever but she cannot help. Anyhow about the appointment which I got after 3 months with Dr. Zhandu...the rudest person ever I met on earth. I explained my problem to him and he replied so what should I do if you are sick. I said but I need medicine he replied again it's not my problem. I m giving you a spray for your nose if you become fine it's your luck and said I cannot do anything bye..what a doctor mr Zandu is!! Wonderful personality isn't??

Front desk staff is extemely unethical with no commitment to work. They just keep walking and neither bother to take calls nor manage the queue. Disgraceful place to have your GP

The worst GP I've ever experienced. I'm glad I'm not registered here. Had to call on behalf on someone who is registered, had to call a total of 129 times in one morning. First time I got through, explained to the receptionist the issue and that NHS111 strongly advised to get into contact with the GP. She was more than unhelpful and just said there was no appointments, nothing she could do and to fill out a form online and someone might get back to me. The form told me to seek medical assistance and contact gp asap. Twice i was first in the queue when someone on their side ended the call. 3rd time she finally answered and was magically able to find an appointment within 30 seconds - only said someone would call "later in the afternoon" very helpful timeframe for someone who's ill and could possibly be sleeping. Not suprisingly, when they did call the phone rang ONCE and the doctor left a voicemail just saying to ring back the next day and pretty much sounded like he was in a rush. These people really do not care about their patients at all and I will have to call back NHS111 to get advice.

Honestly this is the best clinic in southall area.
I am patient more than five years and I haven't got any complains at all.
If i see new patients, I always told them to register this Clinic.

I have been with this GP for last four years.Its an worst clinic ever.Call for an appointment you will never get within a months even;very few stuffs are good I appreciate their work but most of them are very rude; my wife recently changed her GP and she always compare with saluja how worse was that .not recommaded at all.

Minus star , unpleasant, horrible, loud, manners less one of the lady reception staff, phone never get connected, and difficult to get appointment, if you suffering from extreme pain today and you will get appointment next month, least knowledgeable doctors just prescribe generic medicine by looking at computer screen.

I needed an appointment called 34 times
On 35th call my call was still on hold for 20 mins.
So I tried to hang up call try again.And it was the same.
I wonder how d clinic still there.
I don't understand why do "Saluja clinic"even have 'contact' number!

Worst clinic aver I have seen in life staff is very rude specially Asha I have been called from two week for appointment but same story we don t have it s not about now whenever we called for appointment doesn t matter what kind of amergancy we got but still no appointment really this clinic should close as soon as worst staff worst clinic now I am gone make serious complaint against them but there is one staff member Amina she is very nice

This is literally the worst place to have as your GP. You can never get appointment unless you argue with them, I fell like they keeps some of the appointment for later customers and tell us who are the nice people that they don't have any appointments left. First you can never find them over the phone, it's always line busy. It doesn't even ring for f sake. Then you are telling me that in less than 1H of appointment booking time which is 8 to 9 they are fully booked all the damn time. And let's not talk about they some of the staffs unfriendly as f . Basically they only prioritise the people they know or the people that gonna make arguments. Anyways let's say there are so many of us that's why they get booked. Then why the hell r they still getgett new people I'm sure there are other local GP the others can get to.

I request my cousin to write my review as I am disable, this is one of the best gp clinic across the West London. Dr Saluja, Dr Agnad, Dr jandu, Staff on reception like a parminder, Aisha, Ameena, Pawinder etc are friendly.

I am there client for almost last 10 years...no problems experienced. Even being asked specially by (Miss Aisha) everytime how I am feeling and how are my symptoms. So it's very caring.

Any good review I bet is self made my staff. The worst place to go for gp service. You can't get appointments, you are not respected. And they will lose your details. They will say you never registered.

I have been registered with the Saluja clinic for years. It was ok, however since Dr Angad has joined, i only like to meet with him as he is so professional. He gives you the time of day and makes you feel like he is truly listening to you and explains everything in detail. He is the most empathetic and knowledgeable gp i have met. I wish him all the best in his future. I hope he never leaves the surgery.

This Gp, is the worst place ever I have ever seen. The girl who works at the reception called Asha is so rude literally she screams at me on the phone every time and the only reason I am calling for is just to get an appointment.
Is this a reason to scream at a patient? Besides I am not deaf at all! This women should seriously learn how hospitality works and see her GP first and get checked up if everything is alright with her self.
Therefore I would not recommend anyone to go to this GP. Please be aware of the screaming t-rex!

I been a patient for 2 years now and before rating I have given so many chances but there is improvement. I can confirm now that all this bad reviews were correct and I didn't want to judge without confirming it my self. Very unhappy and going to go and get a c9mplainig form to make a complaint.
