The worst GP I've ever experienced. I'm glad I'm not registered here. Had to call on behalf on someone who is registered, had to call a total of 129 times in one morning. First time I got through, explained to the receptionist the issue and that NHS111 strongly advised to get into contact with the GP. She was more than unhelpful and just said there was no appointments, nothing she could do and to fill out a form online and someone might get back to me. The form told me to seek medical assistance and contact gp asap. Twice i was first in the queue when someone on their side ended the call. 3rd time she finally answered and was magically able to find an appointment within 30 seconds - only said someone would call "later in the afternoon" very helpful timeframe for someone who's ill and could possibly be sleeping. Not suprisingly, when they did call the phone rang ONCE and the doctor left a voicemail just saying to ring back the next day and pretty much sounded like he was in a rush. These people really do not care about their patients at all and I will have to call back NHS111 to get advice.
