Ian Bevis and his team are extremely hardworking and they go above and beyond what is expected of them to help their clients. They have increased the traffic to our website and as a result, we're receiving so many more enquiries, which has resulted in us gaining more clients. Can't recommend them enough!

Poor website design, do a lot of dodgy bodge type work that really causes problems that sometimes they don't even know how to fix and their sites are so slow!

At Lapal Preschool, it had been high on the agenda for a few years in building a website that would reach out to the local community, support our children and foster effective relationships with our parents. However, until we made the final decision to progress we didn t really know nor understand how hugely influential a website would become.

Through the efforts of Chameleons staff, in particular the director Ian Bevis, the website was built to meet the specifications we required. Chameleon listened to our ideas, opinions and needs and this is why our website is engaging, eye catching and child friendly because it is thoughtfully created and well presented. The images and design are so suitable for the nature of our setting. One of the members of the team at Chameleon previously worked in education and her knowledge and inspirational forward thinking enhanced the overall development and construction of the website. The staff gave lots of support and direction to me in order to ensure I was able to effectively manage the website and with this supportive hand I felt empowered to further enhance the website; contributing to it and making unique for our setting.

Chameleon specialise in Search Engine Optimisation and have ensured our setting Chameleon s director s explained the importance of ensuring when someone searched our setting through google we were high on search findings. By using this system along with our fantastic website our waiting list numbers have increased dramatically. Incredibly, some days we receive up to five email requests off perspective parents wishing to put their child s name on our ever expanding waiting list. This will help to ensure our charity remains healthy and we can continue to give first class early education to the youngest learners in our community.

Our website has meant we are more transparent to the community. Our preschool is not visible from the road nor have we really advertised previously due to the high cost, so in previous years we have relied on word of mouth. Although having an excellent reputation is critical, allowing perspective parents to see our setting through the 3D visual tour engages them and evokes interest straight way. We now have the WOW factor and people can find out about us; our ethos, dedication and strategies from the outset we are reaching out to parents from day dot!

Working with parents is critical when working in education. Our website keeps parents well informed with regular new posts, supports family health and well being/ their child s education through signposting and offering information and has uploaded activities that enhance the child s knowledge and understanding of relevant topics. Recently, we held a family parent workshop and there is a definite raised interest being displayed by a parents they want to know about their child s learning!
Our wonderful website has become a hugely useful asset to our charity in so many ways and there aren t words to describe how delighted we are with the service, product and aftercare. I truly believe we would be such a good preschool without our website and can t thank Ian and his team enough.

I thought I understood about SEO after reading online to help protect my business from failure. I had tried 4 SEO companies and all failed me for varied reasons. My problem was I didn't know enough to understand.

I found Chameleon Web Services offering SEO training courses and decided I would find out more. The cost being honest was expensive in my view but I booked a private course asking to use my site and competitors as the research material for the course content.

The course was the most impressive learning I have done, the staff at Chameleon were simply amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly.

We went over everything and we found why things were not working and it all became clear to me. My understanding of SEO is now 100% more than I thought I actually knew. This was not a training course based on what you can read online, this was real SEO consultants giving me live data with no chance to have researched anything. To say I was impressed would be an understatement.

I have now taken on Chameleon on to carry out my SEO as I felt it would be madness not to use them. I also understand now how complex it can be and how easily you can make mistakes that can be costly.

We are now two months in and the clean up of what the other SEO companies had done got my site to page 3 and I can see positive growth.

I will update this review at 6 months to give them a chance, but so far I feel I have found a company that actually knows what they are doing.

Due to a small budget and business slowing we need help but no one wanted to help us. Chameleon offered to help as they said they like to help local companies and we thought this to be sales talk.

They have created a simple site for us and carried out helped put us on the map.

Using Chameleon for over 5 years I feel they deserve a review. It is annoying I will leave a negative review quickly when I hit a problem but as for leaving a positive review, I am always too busy.

Chameleon provided my initially with help and guidance setting up my business and this advice turned out to be perfect. I have grown as they have suggested I would and been able to do things that saved money due to their estimated ideas of where I would end up.

From my initial meeting through to finalising my complete new website I have been really happy with the service and helpfulness Laura and the guys have provided! At my initial meeting, I was welcomed by Ian who put me at ease and introduced me to Laura to discuss what i wanted to achieve from a website and seo perspective. Before arriving at the meeting, Laura had obviously done a bit of homework on my site which was refreshing - we spoke about my sites good & bad points but also my competitors sites in the same field as me. She had made herself familiar with the field i am in, and I felt at ease to discuss what i wanted, where i want to be rankings wise, how i wanted my site to look etc. She took the time to answer all of my questions and go in depth about what the plan of action would be and how they were going to progress in getting my site and seo where it needs to be! Her knowledge of SEO is amazing, while my SEO knowledge is quite good, i truly walked away feeling like my SEO and website were in good hands, everything was explained to me and I cant wait to see the results I have wanted and worked for for so long. I mentioned that i had not had great results with 2x previous SEO companies. One was black hat stuff and unreliable, the other I felt their work hadn't made a difference to my rankings to which Laura corrected me in that the latter had actually helped build a good foundation for my site from which Chameleon can further progress from which i never knew. After the meeting, the guys at Chameleon got straight to work on creating my new my site, and they were extremely patient with me while i drip fed them my requirements along with bits and pieces of content in between my busy schedule. The final site looks great, clean, visually appealing and is a vast improvement on my self made attempt! I cant thank the guys enough for the site and Laura for all of her hard work, professionalism and keeping me up to date. Having worked with many web companies over the last 20 years, it is easy to say Chameleon is by far the most reliable and professional to-date. Nothing is an issue and they seem to good to be true, helping and support above and beyond the call of duty. Waiting for the invoice or the catch and then realizing this company actually cares about its clients. Ring and the phone is answered faster than a call centre yet you have a consultant or web developer taking the calls.
