I usually get my hair colored/cut here and they have always done a good job! I have dark hair and the highlights they have given me were beautiful, exactly what I wanted. They don t just lighten your hair, they also use a hair dye to get it to the tone/color you want. It looks expensive, but that s because their service comes with little shoulder/head/hand massages...I am picky about water temp and blow drying temp and they were always professional and considerate about it whereas some other salons would ignore that! The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced, I just had a salon do a botched hair dye job on me, and the whole time, they kept commenting on how great the cut Master Stylist Kate gave me... they are THAT good!

i ve been going here for nearly 5 years but i will never go back. i went in wanting to turn my outgrown balayage into a few highlights and lowlights in order to transition my hair back to its natural dark brown color because i was sick of having so much blonde. after paying $180 my hair looked exactly the same with a few highlights on the top. they scheduled me for a redo appointment and after leaving that my hair is almost completely blonde which is the OPPOSITE of what i wanted. even the stylist said that it didn t turn out the way she thought it would. i left in tears and will have to take my senior pictures with hair that i do not like at all. i wish i never went in the first place.

The staff at Salon Aura East did a wonderful job on the hair and makeup for my August 2019 wedding. I and all of my bridesmaids/family members ended up with gorgeous, unique updos that stayed in place throughout the day. Those who had makeup done (including myself) were equally pleased by how the staff were really responsive to how they asked their makeup to be done and didn't just apply one "typical" look. We had a lot of fun using the space they provided to share some breakfast, coffee, and mimosas. It was a great way to start my wedding day, and I would highly recommend this place and its staff members!

Went for a 90-minute deep-tissue massage. Asked for the focus to be on upper back and shoulders. Was talked in to doing full body given the amount of time available, which would have been fine, but by the time we got to the back and shoulders there was very little time to dedicate to them and it was poorly done. Left feeling less relaxed then I started out. Found the experience to be disappointing.

Autumn was friendly and made me feel pampered. She listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job with my hair, taking her time to make sure it was just right.

The salon has done a great job of adapting to COVID-19 while delivering great service to its customers.

I recently moved from Denver and have struggled to find a skilled stylist until today.
Sierra did highlights, trim, and style and was absolutely amazing! She is very talented and incredibly sweet and easy to talk to. She was very timely and checked in often. My hair turned out perfect! The salon had a great environment and friendly staff. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Great rewards program for clients. I highly recommend Sierra!

This place is AMAZING! Friendly staff, very clean! They are fair priced for amazing quality. I did the botanical treatment and I've NEVER seen my hair so shiny and healthy. I highly recommend them!
