We were in Cannes yesterday, where I lived for man...

We were in Cannes yesterday, where I lived for many years and my mother wanted to go to Ernest, a caterer she has known for a long time and who is renowned as the best in Cannes, we wanted to taste their foie gras, 250 euros per kilo, (yes very very expensive) we took a slice, 25 euros, and both result in a stomach ache this morning, and frankly too salty. For the price we expected something out of the ordinary, very very disappointed .

Sometimes the l, adies in charge of serving custom...

Sometimes the l, adies in charge of serving customers seem a bit lost... lost in translation or discussion with customers, and it could be annoying for the ones waiting. But customers here are not in a hurry. They don't reall care about time. They are used to come here to get some of their favorites meals and they have time to discuss about futile stuff. We are not in big cities, we are not in Paris, or New York or Shangai, we are in a small pedestrians strret of Cannes and people coming here don"t care about being late for futile meetings :-)
So it may unseat people, i agree or upset the in hurry ones. But once you accept this fact people are very nice and if you come back they can remember you and then you become kind of loyal customers, and then you begin to talk or discuss futile stuff....

Very good,

Very good,
Especially chard and cola pie, a treat,
However quality-price ratio uncertain!
