I wanted to download music. But this guy took so long where I just end up buying a movie and left ..spending a whole hr there.
I like coming here there selections doesnt dissapoint. Maybe they can have 2 music area where maybe other people can get on and not have to wait for the other person?

A place to find used music and movies. Prices are a bit high for used physical media.

Love the large library of music and movies they have there as well as the clothing and collectables. It has always been a fun place to go to

UPDATE: They no longer carry video games. I probably won't return. Customer service is lacking. Their business model has become very "cookie cutter" and it's no longer unique here. This place is OK if you get their "Backstage Pass" membership, you just need to be careful and cancel it if you move or simply don't use it; they are set to automatically renew.

this location has a huge variety of cool things to look at and buy! I enjoy shopping at this FYE in Salem.

Great place to get inexpensive second hand DVD's and CD's, or new movie themed toys, Tee shirts etc. They also buy your old DVD's and CD's if they are in good shape.

The store boasts a variety of movies, games, electronics, memorabilia, and music that you can spend a great deal of time perusing, despite the actual size of the store being quite managable. I easy killed an hour of my time here, but never felt lost or bored.

I love all the stuff you can get here. But the prices are a bit much.

Huge movie selections, they have CDs as well if you still buy them

I've bought used items there for over 10 years and have only returned and exchanged one CD (the case had a rip).

Its a hit and miss on movies and if they have what your looking for. Honestly, you have better luck with finding want you want at walmart in the $5 bin. They used to be good to find movie paraphernalia but lately...thats down as well.

FYE is great for finding geeky/nerdy items in Salem. It was organized well and all items were well stocked with a full wall of Funkos. Only 3 etar because 1. It's just another find what you want store like walmart and 2. Nothing was exciting beyond the inventory.

Cool store for music, movies, anime and anything pop culture

A good stock of pop culture collectibles, if your looking for funko pops or Japanese candy in Salem this is your place to go! Also has a great staff.

First time visiting. Was able to locate a new release that wasn't available at other stores. Prices were very fair. Lots of memorabilia. Upbeat atmosphere. People were very helpful.

I have known this place existed but I had no idea. I was given some movies from here for Christmas and I decided I wanted to exchange some of them. So I brought them in with only 1 receipt and there should have been 2. No problem for completing exchange with help from store manager. She helped me find what I was looking for and quickly came to me when she saw I found what I was looking for to finish the exchange. They have much more new and used music and movies than I thought. I will be back to this store.

They have a large amount of popular items, especially for young people. We went there looking for a gift for a teenage boy. I usually find something on sale or clearance. They have merchandise for Anime, popular cartoons, movies and TV Shows. They also have tons of Funko Pop to choose from.

One of my favorite stores, especially during the holidays. But I noticed they raised their prices recently. So I'd save up a bit of money before entering this store. Because you want everything but can't afford it all.

Great variety of products. C.D.'s, books, DVD's, board games, funko pops, collectibles. A wide selection of current popular series and icons. Pretty big store. Definitely found a few things I was and, wasn't looking for while I was there. Good experience overall. If you're looking for the things listed above then this is your place.

They had Avatar:TLA when no else had it. They saved the world. Coincidentally, the DVD set was encased in ice

Love this place. They have a little bit of every thing & a lot of rare things or hard to find things.

A great place to find movies and tv shows even rare ones at affordable prices. They also have movie related figures and toys. I wish they had a bigger selection of classics but it is fun to browse and find something unexpected.

I love the employees and the store itself. It usually has a bunch of interesting deals and interesting stuff. Its just a fun place to go and hang out.

Excellent source for used DVDs, Blu-rays, and CDs. You can of course buy them new, but it is better to take advantage of the many used deals FYE usually has running (e.g. buy 2 get 3rd for $1).

The back of the store has a pop culture merchandise section which can be neat if you're into that - there's plenty of anime/cartoon/movie/tv/music shirts and memorabilia.

My favorite section of the store is the small Criterion Collection, which contains many hard to find movies that I've wound up purchasing for cheaper than online retailers such as Amazon and eBay.

All kinds of gifts for pre-teens, tweens, teens and young adults... And kids at heart. Loved the selection of many cultural media including lots of Black Pather things!!

I would rather purchase DVDs from FYE, especially used. While they recently offered me very little (total $5!) for multiple DVD box-sets I expected to be worth more, other times the reverse was true. They have some good deals, excellent value. I don't know how many people still buy CD's, but if you're looking, fye carries some collectables. Also has decent prices on bluetooth speakers and other various accessories

I'm not sure who this store is for anymore. They are trying to move to memorabilia and paraphernalia but haven't gone far enough to make it worth the trip. They are also desperately clinging to physical media that is going away. I think most of the people go there while they are waiting for Comcast.

Such a nifty store. Employees were super chill and helpful. They have every show/movie/ brand merchandise that you could want. Personally I've wanted to buy a Game of Thrones backpack. Check it out :)

Entertainment store that caters to a variety of mediums and fandoms can be unreasonable in pricing, but has great sales to make up for their steep base pricing

Great selection of music at great prices (mostly). Good vinyl selection and phonograph supply. Cool movie and music memorabilia but some can be pretty expensive. Best music store in Salem - Albany - Eugene areas.

Used movies are buy 2 get 1 for a dollar. Used TV series are same deal. I have not seen better prices and selection combo anywhere else. Also they have a machine where you can make your own personalized music compulation CD. They also have movie collectors items.

Staff is not very knowledgeable or helpful with the products they sell but it's not a bad experience shopping there. Just do your own research before buying.

This is just a great place to hang out. Entertainment? They have it. New. Used. DVD. CD. You name it.
