UPDATE: They no longer carry video games. I probably won't return. Customer service is lacking. Their business model has become very "cookie cutter" and it's no longer unique here. This place is OK if you get their "Backstage Pass" membership, you just need to be careful and cancel it if you move or simply don't use it; they are set to automatically renew.
