THEY HAVE VINYL!!!

Customer service is a constant issue. They either have one person on the register or no one so you stand there waiting because they stand behind the counter pricing items but dont look up to see if anyone has approached. You literally have to clear your throat or say excuse me to get their attention and then they cop attitude like you are bothering them. Also the upsale gets old after awhile. If you say no to their speil they twice more. If someone says no twice dont keep pushing it!

Pretty cool place for movies, cds, and cool collectables.

Always been my favorite place to buy my favorite music. The kids can be lost for hours in FYE looking at collectibles.

Good store to go look at if you want to find some classics you cannot find in any regular store

I got the year one for 25.00 and I love it because I go through spurts where I by a large amounts. Love the savings.

Was a fun store to go to. I like looking at the used CD section.

They used to have loads of music. I used to be able to get what ever music c.d. that I wanted.
Now, my search for music at FYE, is 50% a let down.
I am a Metal Head.

I love stale Funko Cereal for 3 bux a box sold here. The prize was so much better though.

Just wish the code cards where not so high for video games.

Still a great place to get movies, music and geeky stuff! Great customer service and they are totally cool with people using their membership until the free trial runs out, cancelling it and renewing it for a free trial.

Have just about everything you want, movie and music related.

I like FYE. A big selection of movie and tv titles. They used to have a lot more music but it looks like they're focusing more on dvd's and blue rays.

Poor parking. Store is in an awful place to come into off the street. Counter folk were not helpful and didn't even ask if we needed help.

Decent selection, generally runs higher in price than anyone else.

A place that will take all your money! So many wonderful little toys and clothes and music and movies and TOYS and Ohmigod I LOVE this store!! Warning: you will get lost in the whimsy of it all and blow 2 weeks pay on goofy gifty things. Oh, and the staff is friendly and helpful and all that good stuff too.

FYI, their metal music selection is way better than Walmart or Target.

I'm very glad about this fascinating store will also selling import music CDs. As long as they still have those, so I will buy them.

Never get much for used DVDs, lucky if you get $1.00 for one

Always a huge selection and always great used prices. They always have some kind of sale (ie. buy 2 get 1 free) and even if there is a line they are quick to checkout.

Great deals, very helpful staff, ive always found something I wanted every time I go in there.

Stop in to check out the DVDs they have just about every title even TV movies and documentaries the staff was very curious good location easy to find from the street and was really no wait to purchase an item recommend this to anybody thank you ok

This has been one of my top favorite stores in Salem for several years now. I particularly like to shop here for gifts for friends and family. I recently purchased a set of Bob Ross pint glasses for a friend's celebration for getting her teaching degree and she absolutely loves them. If FYE ever closes, I'm going to cry! Go check it out so that never happens!!

I like the prices. It's affordable. But I wish they had more oldies movie. I always try to look for movies that I watched as a kid but can't find them

The mark up on the new and used DVDs they buy is ASTRONOMICAL!! I had 3 seasons of Lucifer DVDs (all brand new, 2 never opened) for which they were willing to give me a grand total of only 9.00 cash. Yet they were selling new Lucifer DVDs in their store for 24.99 apiece.

FYE has a little bit of everything you want. There's music, DVDs, posters, and merch for days. Honestly, great place for anyone that's really into a specific show, movie, or band.

Went in to sell some movies. I stood in line waited for my turn and the guy behind counter asked me if i had a question ..i said no i was there to sell some movies. He then told me i had to wait while he helped everyone else behind me . I asked him if everyone buying things were more important than everyone selling things. He and the chic behind the counter tell me yes. i said are you kidding me. The chic then tells me you have to make money to spend money. Very horrible customer service. I sell movies to these guys all the time and i have never heard of this so called store policy. The guys name is rudy. And boy was he very rude. I didnt get the chics name but she was rude as well. Looks like I'll be keeping my movies and i will no longer shop here either.

Brand new movies in the wrapper they try to give you . 50 cents for. Seriously? Especially a Disney movie.

Kind of expensive, but they do have good sales. Nice clean comfortable environment. Fun to walk around while waiting for relatives to shop. Lots to look at and reminisce about

For the most I really like this place. YEARS AGO I've had a couple instances where maybe I didnt care too much for the customer service while trading in CDs and DVDs but other than that, it's an awesome place to go for affordable USED movies. The new movies are very overpriced but for collectors, they do have some good collectors editions and collectables that you might not find anywhere else. You just dont see many stores like this anymore so it's good to keep them in business!

Awesome place to find all my favorite shows on box set

Stock on physical CDs is lackluster at best,. Prices seem ok on some, high on others. They have more "collectibles" than actual movies or music. Tons of pop cap figures and even harry potter stuff, just don't go expecting to find any listening treasures.

I have a son who is disabled and terminally ill and is confined to a bed so pretty much the only thing he can do is watch movies every time I've needed a movie the employees and staff at FYE go over and above the top to get me what I need or in reality what I want
