My experiences with Eisenhauer's has been top rate service. Getting my quote was fast,easy and great price! When speaking to my agent I am a personal friend not just a number on a policy. Also when I call back and ask a question, I don't feel like I am bugging them but like it is the first time I calling to get a quote! Customer service top notch!

Rob Peters discusses personal stuff about other people (former neighbour of his that used to live next to his house) to clients and most of it is false, it's very UNPROFESSIONAL for a company to do that. I may add my reviews to Yelp, Facebook, Yellow Pages and elsewhere.

Get insurance from them and even put the first and last month payments down and they still call me back a week later and tell me i got to pay more even know i already paid. Not happy with them
This is the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with. After failing to notify me of a policy cancellation for a whole month they left me stuck on a Friday with a baby and a car that was not insured. I was out 400 dollars of my initial down payment and they kept trying to grab more money. On my first visit they inform me that they made a mistake and needed to collect 80 more dollars i agreed and left to get more money. Upon my arrival back they inform me they made another mistake and now it will be almost 500 dollars more. Needless to say I cancelled on the spot was stuck with a car i could not drive and a screaming baby. So on monday morning i went with a new insurance company for the amount i was originally paying. So either Eisanhauer insurance are crooks or they are stupid either way look elsewhere. I suggest king insurance on bedford highway great people.
Highly recommended! I have been their customer over 15 years. They respond to the requests very promptly and very courteously, and they offer very good prices. Assistance over the phone, and then email used to be very good, now with the introduction of website chat is just great!
I would give zero star if I could. I was in a car accident, got stitches all over my head and several muscle injuries that needs treatments at once. I tried to file an accident claim, called them numberless times. Nobody answered or responded. And there s no voicemail box. I don t know if they are trying to avoid paying, but this is definitely the worst service I ve ever seen. There is none.
Very rude staff , unorganized third party thugs , up charge rates line their pockets don t even give you respect after you fork out big money sick and tired dealing with them , so happy to be done stay away I joined because it next doors to me Convenient do not make my mistake please share , to stay away ....
I enjoy the service I receive from Eisenhauer insurance, they made the process of me buying my first new car and transferring my old cars policy to the new car effortlessly and a process which I thought would ve taken a lot of stress and confusion was made fast and easy. I recommend this company, I ve been dealing with them for five years and they have never frustrated me once.
No costumer service to even begin to discuss. The agent I was talking to actually laughed at my questions. Disgraceful.
So my review was previously a 1.. maybe a zero actually. But due to my poor review I was contacted by the company and they have made it right for me and apologized for the individual employee and my experience.
This is a terrible company, I had to cancel my insurance and no one told me I have to pay and early cancel fee. Paid 400$ got back 65$... rude people
Receptionist wouldnt even let me leave message with her for them to call me back and im a client. Told me to leave message on their voice mall ... Whats her purpose again?
16 year customer.....Terrible customer service, had to make a change in policy, Chantelle (agent) did not return my voicemails for days. Asked to speak to the boss Natasha Eisenhower, who was unhelpful, she directed me to another agent who didn't return my morning call until the next business day. My experience was so bad I cancelled my policy mid term taking a monetary penalty just to go with another company.
