I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service. Both Megan and Spring (I hope I spelled their names right ) are super sweet and knowledgeable. I left a message for Spring earlier in the day for one question with a call back in a reasonable amount of time. I left a second message about something totally different and got a call back by end of day. Both questions were answered clearly.
10/10 would recommend.

Don t pay for work they have done by taking advantage of smaller businesses!

We recently ordered some parts for a fox-body Saleen Mustang direct from Saleen thinking that this would be the most cost effective route for our customer, being that the original pieces from the car were in such rough shape. However, upon receiving the parts from Saleen DIRECTLY, we found that they were carelessly packaged and three out of four were not even close to, "Ready to scuff and shoot," quality.
This being said we tried to contact Saleen through E-mail, to explain why we refused the parts. The next day we had a credit back to our card minus a 20% restocking fee. Which in this case was over $300.00! We were absolutely dumbfounded with there response which basically said the parts they sent were, "ready for paint." even after we showed them the photos that are attached to this. They continually refused to accept responsibility and claimed that we're an incompetent shop. We have a quality standard that we live by for ourselves and our customers, of which these parts did not even remotely come close to passing.

Steve and Molly are asleep at the wheel. If your an investor they won't even return your phone call because they can't explain why they have run their stock into the ground. Currently .0002 aka worthless. They don't care about anyone that has invested money in their company otherwise they would communicate with their shareholders or return an email or call.

So before you think about buying something from them ask yourself if the companys stock is at .0002 and they wont return calls what makes you think they will stand behind their product?

If they would communicate with the share holders or return a call I would change my review but until then this is where it will stand!

Worst customer service possible. I ve owned 3 brand saleens. My first being a 2001 white coupe SC. The car had paint issues from day one. They were willing to do nothing. Fast forward 17 years and may cars later, I decided to purchase another Saleen. Huge mistake. Paint issues were even worse than 17 years ago.

New company, same horrible service. They will do nothing to help you. You can t even get them to call you back.

Sold the car at a huge loss just to get it out of my life and went back to a Hellcat.

All I can say is that they are very good at scamming people, be warned.

Scam company picking on smaller business. They like to have million dollar exhausts custom made for the s7, but they don't like paying a humble fabricator for it. Is this really a good look for you sallen. Is this horible publicity worth the money you saved. You have blocked comments on social media to hide. Its shamefull... #payfabchild #scammers #fraud.
