Tsering paldon is very helpful and also literally she has all the information updated. My all the time favourite and please never hesitate to seek help from her for anything like EI maternity, Birth certificates, citizenship and Newcomer help etc.

Parkdale intercultural Association is a special organization, serving newcomers to Canada.
I was there volunteering with the Community volunteer income tax program, through CRA. It is a tax clinic, in the months March and April.
They assist newcomers in the transition to Canadian society and also offer job training. The staff is dedicated and friendly.

We had a great experience with Cindy. She is very professional and capable settlement worker. She helped us in filling PR forms and explained to us every step and what needs to be done next. She is very friendly and she answered all our questions. If you are a newcomer and need settlement assistance, I definitely recommend her.

This Intercultural association has a very great approach to clientele reception and are very friendly in nature. Every single staff here displays first hand attention to their clients and walk in and regardless of your timed appointments, you're still well taken care of. They're great
